R/H BLEED AIR DUCT METAL FLEX BRAIDS FOUND BROKEN DURING INSPECTION (Y-DUCT FUESLAGE) P/N 45A63502-0022. MX REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH A SERVICEABLE UNIT.
R/H BLEED AIR DUCT TUBE FOUND CRACKED DURING INSPECTION P/N 45A40301-11. MX REPLACED THE BLEED DUCT WITH A SERVICEABLE UNIT
LEFT HAND PYLON MID SUPPORT BRACKET CRACKED. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED LH PYLON MID SUPPORT BRACKET, FABRICATED A NEW SUPPORT BRACKET FROM .032 2024 T3 ALCLAD ALUMINUM. INSTALLED BRACKET ON LH PYLON. ALL WORK ACCOMPLISHED IAW BEECHJET 400/400A SRM 51-41-00.
HORIZONTAL STABILIZER RH RIB AT STATION 11.81 HAS CRACKS AND LH RIB AT STATION 11.81 HAS CRACKS.
LH AND RH UPPER THRUST REVERSER DOORS SKIN HAS CRACKS.
BOTH LT AND RT UPPER THRUST REVERSER DOOR SKINS FOUND TO HAVE CRACKS ACROSS THE RIVETS. BOTH THRUST REVERSER DOORS WERE REMOVED AND REPLACED.
ON INITIAL DECENT INTO PSN CREW NOTED HYDRAULIC PRESSURE WAS HIGH AT 1750-1800 PSI, NORMAL RANGE 1500 PSI. COMPLETED ABNORMAL CHECKLIST AND REQUESTED DIVERSION TO DFW FOR A LONGER RUNWAY. CREW LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT AND WAS ABLE TO UTILIZE HYDRAULICS UNTIL COMPLETION OF FLIGHT. MX TROUBLESHOT THE PROBLEM TO A DEFECTIVE HYDRAULIC PRESSURE TRANSDUCER AND ATTACHING CANNON PLUG.
