DURING APPROACH, AFTER EXTENDING THE LANDING GEAR, THE RIGHT LANDING GEAR SAFE LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATE. EMERGENCY DECLARED. UPON INSPECTION OF RT LG SAFE LIGHT FOUND LIGHT BULB TO BE BURNED OUT. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE RT LG SAFE LIGHT BULB WITH PN 327 FROM FAK IAW AMM 33-11-00. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
PITCH TRIM MOTOR FAILURE - EMERGENCY DECLARED - REMOVED RH PITCH TRIM CONTROLLER P/N 76621-4 S/N 2392. INSTALLED SERVICEABLE PITCH TRIM CONTROLLER P/N 76621-4 S/N 2722. OPS CHECK PITCH TRIM I/A/W BEECH 400 AMM CH 27-40-00, OPS CHECK SATISFACTORY.
WHEN SELECTING LANDING GEAR DOWN, NONE OF THE THREE GREEN LANDING GEAR SAFE LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. THE RED GEAR-HANDLE IN-TRANSIT LIGHT ILLUMINATED NORMALLY. EMERGENCY DELCARED. INSPECTED SQUAT SWITCHES FOR SECURITY AND EASE OF MOVEMENT, CLEANED AND INSPECTED CONTACTS ON PCB A161 AND A162. PERFORMED LANDING GEAR FUNCTIONAL TEST IAW HAWKER 400XP AMM 32-00-00. VERIFIED INSTALLATION OF THE FOLLOWING COMPONENTS: DOWN LOCK RELEASE, ACTUATING CYLINDER, MLG DOOR ACTUATOR CYLINDER, AND SQUAT SWITCH INSTALLATION. WORK PERFORMED IAW HAWKER 400XP AMM 32-00-00 AND PCBM 39-60-01-001 & 39-60-02-001 OPS CHECKS GOOD AT THIS TIME WITH NO DISCREPANCIES NOTED AT THIS TIME.
HORIZONTAL STAB L/H ROLLER BRACKET SUPPORT RIB INNER BRACKET CRACKED
HORIZONTAL STAB LT ROLLER BRACKET SUPPORT RIB INNER BRACKET CRACKED. REMOVED AND REPLACED HORIZONTAL STAB WITH REPAIRED ASSEMBLY PN 45A21001-663 SN RK-544.
CREW LOST MAIN BRAKES AFTER LANDING IN KLZU AND DEPLOYING THRUST REVERSER, USED EMERGENCY BRAKE TO SLOW AIRCRAFT TO A SAFE TAXI SPEED. HYDRAULIC LEVEL LOW LIGHT ILLUMINATED UPON TURNING ONTO THE TAXIWAY. CREW NOTED HYDRAULIC FLUID UNDER LH ENGINE PYLON ON FUESLAGE DURING POST FLIGHT. MX DISCOVERED THE LH THRUST REVERSER DEPLOY HYDRAULIC HOSE ASSY. LEAKING. MX GAINED ACCESS REMOVED AND REPLACED THE DAMAGED HOSE, SERVICED AND BLED THE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM, PERFORMED A SATISFACTORY OPS AND LEAK CHECK IAW BEECHJET AMM 29-10-00.
L/H UPPER T/R DOOR SKIN CRACKED
L/H UPPER TRUST REVERSER DOOR CRACKED, MX REMOVED AND REPLACED THE DOOR WITH A REPAIRED UNIT IAW BEECHJET 400/400A MM 78-30-00.
CREW LOWERED LANDING GEAR FOR LANDING. HAD 3 GREEN AND RED LIGHT IN GEAR HANDLE. WENT THROUGH ABNORMAL PROCEDURE, NEVER GOT A GEAR HORN WITH FLAPS SET AROUND 20* AND LANDED AIRPLANE NORMALLY. CREW ADVISED BOTH MAIN GEAR DOORS DID NOT CLOSE AFTER GEAR WAS EXTENDED WHICH RESULTED IN DAMAGE TO BOTH MAIN GEAR DOORS DUE TO CONTACT WITH THE RUNWAY ON LANDING
