PEDAL STOP LIGHT ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT, ONCE CONFIGURED THE MANUAL RELEASE WAS ENGAGED AND LANDED WITHOUT ANY FURTHER INCIDENT.
PILOT REPORTED, FELT TWO SEPARATE UNCOMMENTED INPUTS, DIPS, CYCLIC FWD IN FLIGHT. TURNED OFF THE AUTOPILOT AND THE REMAINDER OF THE FLIGHT WAS NORMAL; OTHER THAN A RATCHETING OR STIFF CYCLIC. THE SPRING LINK ASSEMBLY FORWARD ROD END BEARING WAS FOUND TO BE EXCESSIVELY TIGHT. THE BEARING HAD NO VISIBLE SIGNS OF DEFECTS. A NEW ROD END BEARING WAS INSTALLED AND THE RATCHETING STOPPED. A CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED WITH AUTOPILOT ON AND OFF. ALL OPS NORMAL.
WATER WAS FOUND IN THE 1J8 AFT ROOF CONNECTOR. THIS CAUSED THE PILOT TO RECEIVE ERRONEOUS ENGINE INDICATIONS.
RT ENGINE WILL NOT ACHIEVE TAKEOFF TORQUE. REPLACED THE FUEL CONTROL UNIT.
START TEST SWITCH WILL CAUSE RT ENGINE TO START. (FUEL FLOW AND IGNITION). REPLACED THE START SWITCH.
LEFT ENGINE FIRE WARNING ACTIVATED, DURING TAXI AFTER LANDING. REPAIRED LOOSE FIRE CONTROL ASSY ON INSTRUMENT PANEL.
SAS FAULT LIGHT FLASHING IN FLIGHT. REPAIRED CHAFED WIRE AT INSTRUMENT PANEL GLARE SHIELD.
SAS FAULT LIGHT FLICKERED IN FLIGHT. DISABLED SYSTEM PER CHECKLIST. REMOVED AND REPLACED MASTER ANNUNCIATOR PANEL WITH SERVICEABLE UNIT.
LT PROPELLER LEAKING OIL AT BLADE HUBS. REPLACED PROPELLER.
