ENGINE SHUT-DOWN AT 1816Z. LANDED IN HNL UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE FOUND A LOOSE LINE CONNECTION AT BACKGEAR BOX RETURN LINE. RETORQUED LINE CONNECTION. PERFORMED ENGINE LEAK CHECK. RESULTS: SATISFACTORY. AIRCRAFT RELEASED FOR SERVICE.
