DURING TAKE OFF THE CREW RETRACTED THE LANDING GEAR .THE GEAR DID NOT FULLY RETTRACK AND A TRANSIT INDICATION WOULD NO GO WAY , CREW CYCLED THE GEAR AND THE TRANSIT INDICATION DID NOT CLEAR SO CREW EXTENDED THE GEAR GOT 3 GREEN DOWN AND LOCKED AND DIVERTED TO CHARLESTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT .AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFELY WITH NO OTHER ISSUES
UPON LEAVING KGMU, WE NOTICED LOUDER THAN USUAL CABIN NOISE ON TAKE-OFF. UPON QUICK INSPECTION WE REALIZED THAT CABIN PRESSURE WAS EQUAL TO OUTSIDE ALTITUDE AND WE HAD 0.0 PSI DELTA P. WE LEVELED OFF TO CONFIRM CABIN ISSUES AND REQUESTED A HOLD BURN DOWN TO BELOW MAX LANDING WEIGHT AND PROCEEDED TO DIVERT TO KGSP. PLANE/CREW AND PASSENGERS ALL SAFE AND WELL.
ON THE MORNING OF 08/13/2022 WE WERE READY TO TAKEOFF FROM RUNWAY 9 AT CYYJ. WE WERE CLEARED FOR TAKEOFF LINED UP ON THE RUNWAY. UPON ADVANCING THE THROTTLES FOR TAKEOFF, WE RECEIVED AN AMBER CAS MESSAGE WITH DU 1 BOT CARD. WE RETARDED THE THROTTLES AND ABORTED THE TAKEOFF. WE TAXIED TO THE RAMP WITHOUT INCIDENT.
#1 ENGINE OIL PRESSURE FLUCTUATIONS AT FL350. PRESSURE DROPPED AND ILLUMINATED OIL MASTER WARNING WHILE PASSING THROUGH FL200. CREW DECLARED AND EMER AND SHUT DOWN ENGINE PER CHECKLIST. AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFELY.REPLACED #6 BEARING OIL SUPPLY LINE AND #6 BEARING OIL SCAVENGE LINE (WAS CHAFED BEYOND LIMITS). SERVICED OIL. OPS AND LEAKS CHECKS. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
DIVERTED DUE TO RT ENG OIL PRESSURE BOXED RED AT 46 PSI AND RT LOW OIL PRESS RED CASS IN DECENT THROUGH FL360. THROTTLE RETARDED TO IDLE AS OIL PRESS CONTINUED TO DECREASE. A PRECAUTIONARY ENGINE SHUTDOWN ACCOMPLISHED PER QRH AS OIL PRESSURE CONTINUED TO DECREASE TO ZERO. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. R&R #6 BEARING OIL SUPPLY AND RETURN LINES. R&R N1 MONOPOLE SEAL KIT.
MAIN HYD QTY LOW CAS ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT. FLIGHT CREW REQUESTED TO DIVERT FOR THE LONGER RUNWAY. AN EMER WAS DECLARED. EXPERIENCED NORMAL BRAKING ON TAXI & LANDING. UPON PARKING FOUND HYD FLUID LEAKING FROM BELLY OF ACFT. FOUND THE MAIN HYD BOWL LEAKING. THE PACKING WAS CUT IN 2 PLACES. THE PACKING, BACK UP RING & FILTER ELEMENT WERE REPLACED. SYS WERE CYCLED DURING GND RUNS. LEAK & OPERATIONS CHECKS WERE GOOD & THE ACFT RETURNED TO SERVICE
