LEFT AND RIGHT TR ARM LIGHTS CAME ON RIGHT AFTER T/O AND REMAINED ON AFTER STOWED. LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT GO UP LOCK WAS DOWN. AFTER MANUALLY RELEASING LOCK GEAR WENT UP. TCAS FAIL WAS ALSO FLASHING THE ENTIRE TIME. ALL THE WIRING CHECKS TO BOTH LT & RT LANDING GEAR SAFETY SWITCHES IN FLIGHT AND GROUND MODES CHECK NORMAL PER FSR INSTRUCATIONS AND THE WDM 32-31-01. SHOOK DOWN BOTH HARNESSES AND DID NOT SEE ANY OPENS OR FLUCTUATIONS WHEN THE SWITCHES WERE ACTUATED IN FLIGHT AND GROUND MODE. RESPONSE TIME OF BOTH SWITCHES ARE COMPARIBLE WITH NO LAG OR DEAD SPOTS NOTED IN EITHER FLIGHT OR GROUND POSITIONS. UPON FURTHER INSPECTION, FOUND BLOCK MOUNT ON THE LT SIDE 180 DEGREES OUT AS COMPARED TO THE RT SIDE ACTUATOR (THE GEAR HANDLE INTERLOCK RELAY RELIES ON A GROUND THROUGH THAT SWITCH AS WELL) REPOSITIONED THE BLOCK MOUNT PER THE SWITCH DWG 41HE1-6 AND ADJUSTED SAME PER AMM 32-60-00. PERFORMED SUCCESSFUL GEAR SWINGS PER AMM 32-00-00. T/REV AND TCAS SYSTEM FAULTS RELATED TO AIR/GND DISAGREE PROBLEM. THRUST REVERSERS OPS CKS NORMAL PER AMM 78-30-00. TCAS SYSTEM OPS CKS NORMAL PER AMM 34-45-01.
ALL THREE STIFFENERS UNDER THRESHOLD FLOOR PANEL CRACKED. REMOVED AND REPLACED STIFFENERS (2 EA) 45A33606-005 AND (1 EA) 45A33606-006, IAW SRM 51-41-00.
RH UPPER THRUST REVERSER DOOR CRACKED. MX REMOVED AND REPLACED UPPER RIGHT TR DOOR WITH A AS REMOVED UNIT FROM N487TM. INSTALL RIGHT UPPER TRT BUCKET P/N 225-0006-503 S/N B4328-4 FROM AIRCRAFT N487TM. PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL TEST AND CONFIRMED SERVICEABILITY IAW BEECHCRAFT 400/400A 78-30-00
BOTH NOSE LANDING GEAR SPADE DOOR ATTACH ANGLES CRACKED. SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: REMOVED AND REPLACED BOTH NLG SPADE DOOR ATTACH BRACKETS IAW SRM 52-80-01.
LOWER FUSELAGE CENTER STRINGER BETWEEN INBOARD SEAT TRACKS JUST AFT OF PEDESTAL CRACKED. REPAIRED LOWER FUSELAGE CENTER STRINGER BETWEEN INBOARD SEAT TRACK IAW BEECHJET 400A SRM 51-50-40. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
MAIN ENTRY DOOR LAND CENTER REINFORCEMENT BRACKET CRACKED. SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: REMOVED AND REPLACED MAIN ENTRY DOOR LAND CENTER REINFORCEMENT BRACKET. ALL WORK COMPLETED AS PER SRM 53-10-50.
