MX FOUND A CRACK ON THE #2 ENGINE VERTICAL MOUNT BRACKET. MX STOPPED DRILLED CRACK AND INSTALLED A DOUBLER IAW SRM 51-50-45
MX FOUND A CRACKED BRACKET UNDER THE STARTER GENERATOR DUCT ON THE #2 ENGINE INTAKE COWL ANTI ICE DUCT. MX REMOVED BRACKET FROM ENGINE COWL. REMOVED AND REPLACED DUCT ASSEMBLY WITH A NEW ASSEMBLY AND HOSE. LEAK AND OPS CHECKS GOOD. IAW BEECHJET 400A MM 30-20-00

MX DISCOVERED MULTIPLE CRACKS ON THE LH INTAKE OUTER SKIN LOOKING THRU THE STARTER GENERATOR DUCT HOLE
MX FOUND THE RH INTAKE FORWARD BULKHEAD CRACKED WHEN LOOKING THRU THE STARTED GENERATOR DUCT HOLE. MX STOP DRILLED THE CRACK AND INSTALLED A DOUBLER IAW BEECHJET 400A SRM 51-43-01,51-50-01 AND 51-50-15
DURING CLIMB, FLIGHT CREW NOTICED UNCOMMANDED ROLL TRIM DEFLECTION. CREW DECLARED EMERGENCY AND RETURNED TO DEPARTURE AIRPORT. MAINTENANCE DETERMINED LEFT ROLL TRIM ACTUATOR DEFECTIVE. REPLACED LEFT ROLL TRIM ACTUATOR AND OPERATION CHECKED GOOD.
WHEN THE LG WAS SELECTED DOWN FOR LANDING THE RT MAIN GEAR LIGHT FAILED TO ILLUMINATE & RED GEAR HANDLE LIGHT REMAINED ON. THE ALTERNATE GEAR EXTENSION WAS ATTEMPTED IAW THE CHECKLIST. THE RT MAIN LIGHT & RED HANDLE LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED. EMER PROCEDURES FOLLOWED & THE ACFT LANDED NORMALLY. INSPECTED LG FOR OBVIOUS DEFECTS WITH NONE FOUND. 3 POINT JACKED ACFT IAW 400 & 400A MM 07-10-00. COMPLIED WITH EMER DOOR CLOSE SYS BLEEDING IAW 32-30-00. COMPLIED WITH LG OPERATIONS TEST IAW 32-00-00 WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
