LH INBOARD UPPER TR BRACKET CRACKED//// REMOVED ADN REPLACED LEFT INBARD UPPER TR BRACKET WITH A NEW BRACKET. IAW NORDAM CMM 78-30-07
LOST CABIN PRESSURE AT 40,000 AT A RATE OF ABOUT 2,500 FPM, IT STOPPED AT 15,000 FEET FOR A FEW MINUTES. PASSENGER OXY MASKS DID NOT DEPLOY.
CREW REPORTED AFTER TAKEOFF WHEN ATTEMPTING TO RAISE THE GEAR. THE GEAR WAS NOT ABLE TO RAISE WITHOUT THE USE OF THE OVERRIDE. FOLLOWING THIS EVENT BOTH LT AND RT TRUST REVERSER ARM LIGHTS ILLUMINATED WITH PRESSURIZATION ISSUES. MX REPLACED MISSING HARDWARE FOR BOTH THE LT AND RT WOW SWITCHES AND PERFORMED SATISFACTORY OPS CHECKS AFTER REINSTALLING THE LT WOW SWITCH.
LEFT PYLON SUPPORT ANGLES CRACKED, MX REPLACED LEFT PYLON CENTER SUPPORT ANGLES WITH FABRICATED UNITS. ANGLES FABRICATED FROM 2024-T3 .025 IAW BEECHCRAFT SRM 54-10-00 AND SRM 51-30-45, WITH THESE REPAIRS NO REINSPECT IS CALLED OUT IN THE SRM MANUAL
CENTER FLOOR PANEL SUPPORT IN CABIN AT MOST FORWARD POINT IS CRACKED. PANEL #151DTC. MX STOP DRILLED 1.25" "Z" CHANNEL CRACT AT FS 3481. FORMED DOUBLER OUT OF .032-2024 T3 OF THE SAME THICKNESS AND BEND RADIUS. IAW BEECHCRAFT 400XP SRM 51-40-00 AND 51-50-45. SEE SUPPORT ASSEMBLY-MIDDLE FUESELAGE, LOWER FIGURE 1 FOR PARTS AND SPEC. IAW SRM 53-10-53. WITH THIS REPAIR THERE IS NO RE-INSPECT CRITERIA FROM SRM MANUAL

TREATED ALUMINUM IAW BEECHCRAFT 400XP SRM 50-20-31,50-20-32,51-20-22 CORROSION SPOT MEASURES .250X.165. NO REINSPECT OF THIS CORROSION AREA CALLED OUT IN THE SRM
CRACKS NOTED IN RT BELL FRAME RT STA 329.92. PERFORMED REPAIR IN ACCORDANCE WITH DRAWING AS0317-15 REV A DATED MARCH 23, 2017. NDT INSPECTION CARRIED OUT ON WORK ORDER CAS-N7229/6.1 DATED 09/29/17. NO CRACK INDICATIONS DETECTED.
AFTER DEPARTURE AND DURING CLIMB WITH AUTOPILOT ON, CREW EXPERIENCED ROLL TRIM RUNAWAY TO THE RIGHT. DISCONNECTING AUTOPILOT STOPPED FURTHER MOVEMENT. RESET SYSTEM AND OPERATION RETURNED TO NORMAL. MAINTENANCE COULD NOT DUPLICATE ISSUE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD A194 AS A PRECAUTION.
