SUDDEN LEFT YAW AND LEFT THROTTLE UN-COMMAND REDUCED TO IDLE. THE LEFT THRUST REVERSER HAD BEEN PREVIOUSLY PLACED ON MEL. CLEARED THE MEL ITEM BY REPLACING THE LH T/R STOW SWITCHES. CYCLED T/R SEVERAL TIMES. T/R OPERATION WAS SMOOTH AND CONSISTENT. ENSURED T/R BUCKETS WERE LOCKED TIGHTLY AND FLUSH WITH COWLING. INSPECTED T/R FEEDBACK CABLE FOR PROPER OPERATION AND ROUTING. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
LEFT THRUST REVERSER DEPLOY IN FLIGHT. FOUND THRUST REVERSER LH DEACTIVATION PROCEDURE PERFORMED ON 9/13/2023 WAS INCOMPLETE. CONNECTORS P427 AND P429 WERE STILL CONNECTED. DISCONNECTED P427 AND P429 REMOVING POWER FROM THE ISOLATION AND CONTROL VALVES. WORK PERFORMED IAW BE400 AMM 78-30-00.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION, RT ELEVATOR OUTBOARD COVER HAS A CRACK. INSTALLED NEW ACCESS PANEL, IAW BEECHJET 400XP AMM CH 27-30-00.

RUDDER TOP TRAILING EDGE DAMAGED. INSTALLED RUDDER P/N 45A24001-211 S/N RK-576 FROM AIRCRAFT 475TM. PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL TEST AND CONFIRMED SERVICEABILITY, IAW HAWKER 400XP AMM 27-20-00.

SUPPLEMETAL INFORMATION, NLG SPADE DOOR INBOARD STIFFENER CRACKED. STOP DRILLED CRACKS & FABRICATED REPAIR ANGLE DOUBLERS & INSTALLED, IAW BEECHJET 400/400A SRM CH 51-50-45.
RT ENGINE INLET LINER FOUND CRACKED DURING SCHEDULED INSPECTION. REPAIRED RIGHT ENGINE INLET LINER BY FABRICATING DOUBLER FROM .016 347 STAINLESS STEEL SHEET AND INSTALLING IAW SRM CHAPTER 51-40-01 AND 51-50-00. SANDED, PRIMED, AND REFINISHED INLET.
HORIZONTAL RIBS AT STATION 110 FOUND CRACKED DURING BOROSCOPE INSPECTION. REPAIRED CRACKS IN LT AND RT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER RIBS BY INSTALLING NEW RIB KIT IAW KIT DRAWING 128-6200 REV 4.
