DISCOVERED FILIFORM CORROSION ON THE LEFT HAND OUTER CABIN FLOOR EDGE BETWEEN FUSELAGE STATION 33.30 TO 61.02. CORROSION WAS NOTICED BY VISUAL INSPECTION USING NAKED EYE WITH NO SPECIAL EQUIPMENT.
PILOT REPORTED THE SMELL OF RAW JET FUEL IN THE CABIN IN FLIGHT AND ELECTED TO ABORT THE FLIGHT AND RETURN TO BASE. MAINTNENANCE ARRIVED AND INSPECTED ALL FUEL LINES AND FITTINGS, HMU, AND FUEL PUMP. PERFORMED GROUND RUN WITH AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING SYSTEMS TURNED ON AND OFF. UNABLE TO FINE ANY EVIDENCE OF A FUEL LEAK OR SMELL IN THE CABIN.
FOUND CRACK 2 1/2 LONG AT RT SIDE PICKUP WEB OF CANOPY FOUND IN AMM 53-21-00, 6-1 DURING INSPECTION.
RETURNING TO BASE AFTER A PREFLIGHT, ONCE ESTABLISHED ON LOCAL AIRPORT GPS PRACTICE APPROACH, AT A DISTANCE OF ABOUT 5 NM, ANNOUNCED THAT NO AIR COMING OUT OF AFT A/C CABIN BLOWERS. DETECTED AN ELECTRICAL ODOR IN CABIN. TROUBLESHOT BY TURNING A/C OFF & SWITCHED TO FAN & ODOR DISSIPATED. NO SMOKE, FUMES OR INDICATIONS OF FIRE OBSERVED & NORMAL PARAMETERS FROM ENGINE & FLIGHT INSTRUMENTS CONFIRMED, COMPLETED APPROACH & LANDED WITH NO FURTHER ISSUES. TROUBLESHOT A/C SYSTEM, DETERMINED AFT EVAP BLOWER MOTOR WAS INOPERATIVE, & BRUSHES WORN COMPLETELY DOWN. BLOWER MOTOR & CHANGED IAW EC130-200M-1 REV.5. FUNCTIONAL CHECK CONFIRMED PROBLEM FIXED.
LEFT SLIDING DOOR OPENED IN FLIGHT. LANDED TO SHUT THE DOOR. AFTER LANDING THE DOOR STOP WAS FOUND TO BE CRACKED. NO OTHER DAMAGE WAS FOUND. A NEW DOOR STOP INSTALLED. ACFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
WHILE IN CRUISE FLIGHT, STEADY AMBER GOVERNOR LIGHT ILLUMINATED. PERFORMED A PRECAUTIONARY LANDING AT HOME BASE. TROUBLESHOT SOLID AMBER GOVERNOR LIGHT IAW MM. DETERMINED FAULT WAS "INTERMITTENT" IAW 71-00-06-817-808. COULD NOT GET DUPLICATE FAILURE ON THE GROUND OR IN FLIGHT.
UPON CLIMBOUT, NOTICED STRANGE ODOR IN CABIN. ENSURED HEAT AND DEMIST OFF AND CIRCLED BACK TO MAKE UNEVENTFUL LANDING. INSPECTION DETERMINED RESIDUAL SOAP FROM ENGINE WASH.
THE PILOT AND MEDICAL CREW BOTH REPORTED SEEING AND SMELLING SMOKE IN THE COCKPIT DIRECTLY AFTER TAKEOFF. THE PILOT THEN CYCLED THE DEMISTER/HEATER VALVES WITH NO CHANGE. HE THEN MADE AN UNSCHEDULED LANDING. MX WAS NOTIFIED AND RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY. THE MECHANIC PERFORMED A VISUAL INSP WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. HE THEN HAD THE PILOT PERFORM A GROUND RUN AND CYCLED ALL THE DEMISTER AND HEATING KNOBS SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO DEFECTS. THE ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE AT THAT TIME.
