DURING INSPECTION FOUND CRACK IN WEB AND WORKING/LOOSE RIVETS COMMON WITH THE AFT FRAME.
DURING FLIGHT, THERE IS A SMELL OF FUEL IN THE AIRCRAFT CABIN. NO DETERMINATION OF WHAT CAUSED THE FUEL SMELL AT THIS TIME. AIRCRAFT IS CURRENTLY OOS TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE.
LT TRANSMISSION DECK FITTING CRACKED.
WHEN PILOT PULLED AIRCRAFT INTO HOVER, THE NR 1 ENGINE SHUT DOWN. UPON INSPECTION, FOUND TWO WIRES THAT HAD PULLED OUT OF THERE SPLICES. THIS WAS A REPEAT OF SAME PROBLEM THE DAY BEFORE. HAD FOUND MULTIPLE WIRES CHAFED AND TWO BROKEN WIRES. REPAIRED WIRES AS NEEDED. SPLICED THE WIRES THAT AND DID AN OPS CHECK. ENGINE STARTED NORMAL PULLED AIRCRAFT. UP UNTIL IT WAS LIGHT ON WHEELS AND NR 1 ENGINE CONTINUED TO RUN. NEXT DAY CHECKED AND FLEW A TEST FLIGHT AND AIRCRAFT OPERATED NORMAL.
2-3 INCH CRACK FOUND INSIDE CABIN BOX BEAM UNDER ENGINE MOUNT ON NR 1 ENGINE SIDE. CRACK WAS FOUND DURING INSPECTION.
SMELLED ELECTRICAL FIRE, SMELLED AND SAW SMOKE COME FROM BEHIND GPS UNIT.
