ON REMOVING THE TAIL ROTOR GEARBOX COWLING TO PERFORM AN INSPECTION, NOTED DAMAGE TO THE GEARBOX CASE CAUSED BY IMPROPER HARDWARE LOCATION. DAMAGE WAS NOTED TO BE 3.34MM DEEP.
DURING INSPECTION, FOUND A CRACK IN THE LT PASSENGER DOOR FWD POST AT BS 2184MM AND WL 610MM.
DURING INSPECTION, FOUND A CRACK IN THE RT PASSENGER DOOR AFT POST AT BS 3240 AND WL 850. CRACK WAS NOTED TO BE APPROXIMATELY 5 - 6 MM LONG.
RECEIVED MULTIBAND RADIO TRANSCEIVER FOR A NEW INSTALLATION. THE RADIO HAS A DATA PORT ON THE FRONT FACE FOR PROGRAMMING THAT IS RECESSED TOO FAR MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO CONNECT FOR PROGRAMMING. WE ARE SENDING THE RADIO OUT FOR REPAIR.
SENT LEFT LOWER FUEL CELL P/N 109-0900-40-201, S/N 99000 OUT FOR CLEANING AND INSPECTION, FUEL CELL WAS RETURNED REPAIRED WITH ONE BLANKING PLATE HOLE MISALIGNED, UNABLE TO USE FUEL CELL, WILL RETURN FOR REPAIR OR REPLACE FUEL CELL WITH SERVICEABLE PART.
