NOSE TIRE WAS FLAT ON LANDING. PILOT HAD SHIMMY AND VIBRATION ON ROLL-OUT. IN TRYING TO TAXI OFF THE RUNWAY, THE TIRE ROLLED OFF THE RIM AND BROKE THE NOSE WHEEL ASSEMBLY. THE NOSE WHEEL AND TIRE ASSEMBLY WAS REPLACE AND AIRCRAFT PUT BACK IN SERVICE.

NR 2 CYLINDER BASE DEVELOPED OIL LEAK AND ENGINE WAS SHUT DOWN. ONE CYLINDER BASE STUD WAS BROKEN AND 5 OTHERS, THE NUTS BACKED OFF DUE TOTHE STUDS LOOSENING IN THE CASE. THE STUDES WOULD NOT TIGHTEN INTO CASE DUE TO WHAT SEEMS SOFT CRANKCASE MATERIAL.
