PILOT REPORTED A MAIN XMSN CHIP LIGHT IN FLIGHT AND PERFORMED A PRECAUTIONARY LANDING IN MANHATTAN, KS WITHOUT INCIDENT. MECHANIC INSPECTED ALL 3 CHIP DETECTORS AND FOUND NOTHING VISIBLE ON THE CHIP DETECTORS. XMSN IS CURRENTLY IN PROCESS OF REPLACEMENT DUE TO THE FREQUENCY OF THE CHIP INDICATIONS.
PILOT REPORTED A MAIN XMSN CHIP LIGHT IN FLIGHT AND PERFORMED A PRECAUTIONARY LANDING WITHOUT INCIDENT. MECHANIC INSPECTED ALL 3 CHIP DETECTORS AND FOUND ONLY SOME FUZZ ON THE LOWER SUMP CHIP DETECTOR. PERFORMED A SERVICEABILITY CHECK AND MOC WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
PILOT PERFORMED A PRECAUTIONARY LANDING FOR A MAIN XMSN CHIP LIGHT ILLUMINATION IN CRUISE FLIGHT. MECHANIC INSPECTED CHIP DETECTORS AND FOUND A SMALL SLIVER. CLEANED CHIP DETECTOR AND PERFORMED A SERVICEABILITY CHECK. DRAINED AND SERVICED WITH NEW OIL, REPLACED OIL FILTER. MOC OK WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS.
PILOT REPORTED DURING CRUISE FLIGHT A SUDDEN LOUD BUZZING/GRINDING NOISE THAT DROWNED OUT THE CABIN NOISE. IT FOLLOWED POWER APPLICATION.
PILOT AND MEDICAL CREW WERE TRANSPORTING A PATIENT WHEN SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF THE PILOT HAD ENCOUNTERED A TRANSMISSION CHIP LIGHT INDICATION. PILOT IMMEDIATELY PERFORMED A PRECAUTIONARY LANDING AT A PARKING LOT. PATIENT WAS TRANSPORTED BY GROUND. MAINTENANCE WAS NOTIFIED AND ENROUTE WITH SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED ALL CHIP DETECTORS AND FOUND DEBRIS ON LOWER DETECTOR. DETECTOR WAS CLEANED AND A DRAIN AND FLUSH ON THE TRANSMISSION ALONG WITH A FILTER CHANGE WAS PERFORMED PER BMM PROCEDURES. PERFORMED PENALTY GROUND RUN, RE-INSPECTED DETECTORS NO DEBRIS NOTED. PAPERWORK COMPLETED. ACFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING CONTROLLED LANDING AT HOSPITAL A FADEC LIGHT ILLUMINATED. ACFT LANDED SAFELY, NO OTHER ISSUES NOTED. COMPLETED MX TASK, NO ISSUES NOTED.
