DURING THE INSPECTION AS TO THE LOSS OF HYDRAULIC FLUID, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE RUBBER INSIDE PORTION OF AN ADEL CLAMP HAD DETERIORATED TO THE POINT OF CHAFFING THE PRESSURE LINE AND WAS THE CAUSE OF THE SUBSEQUENT DAMAGE.
