Part: BUSHING — BACKED OUT (TAIL ROTOR GB)
DURING A PREFLIGHT INSPECTION, NOTICED THAT THE TAIL ROTOR GEARBOX CONTROL LEVER LOWER BUSHING HAD BACKED OUT OF ITS HOLE A FEW THOUSANDTHS OF AN INCH. THIS LEVER HAD BEEN REPLACED 82.5 HOURS PREVIOUSLY FOR THE SAME PROBLEM.
