PILOT PERFORMED A PRECAUTIONARY LANDING FOR A BURNING SMELL IN THE CABIN. DURING INSPECTION OF THE ACFT THE MECHANIC FOUND A RELAY WITH SIGNS OF HIGH HEAT. MECHANIC REPLACED RELAY PN 389FXAXC1-24D. FUNCTION CHECK OK WITH NO FURTHER SMELL
FAILURE OF O-RING AT SLIP JOINT OIL PRESSURE STAINLESS STEEL LINE ON LT SIDE OF ENGINE FEEDING THE ENGINE REDUCTION GEAR BOX. LARGE AMOUNT OF ENGINE OIL FOUND ON THE GROUND AFTER SHUTDOWN FROM FLIGHT. ALSO, LARGE AMOUNT OF ENGINE OIL SATURATING THE TAIL BOOM.
THIS IS TO REPORT CRACKS IN THE FRAMES ON THE VERTICAL FIN, IN THE AREAS AT WL 2145.0 AND 2520.0. THESE CRACKS ARE OCCURRING APPROXIMATELY BETWEEN FS 9350.0 TO 9850.0. (SW19200508005) (K)
MAIN ROTOR BONDING STRAP BROKEN. THIS IS A CONSTANT PROBLEM, PORTION OF THE STRAP WHICH CONTINUES TO BREAK IS MADE OF COPPER. THIS END OF THE STRAP BOLTS TO A STAINLESS STEEL CONNECTION WHICH NEVER BREAKS. THE ENDS OF THE BONDING STRAPS SHOULD BE MADE OF A STAINLESS STEEL MATERIAL OR SOMETHING MORE RELIABLE THAN A COPPER FITTING.
GLASS COVER CONTINUES TO CRACK.
