(ORIG-CLOSED) LT FORWARD WINDOW HEAT INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE FOUND WIRES BURNED ON TB5031. INSTALLED NEW TERMINAL BOARD TB5031. RETERMINATED AND REINSTALLED WIRES IAW WDM 24-51-11 AND 24-21-14. OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD.
FLIGHT NUMBER 710, RIGHT FMC FAILED ON TAXI OUT. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO THE GATE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE RIGHT FMC COMPUTER IN ACCORDANCE WITH MM 34-61-01-024, OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD.
DURING A-CHECK, THE NR 2 ENGINE COMMON NOZZLE ASSY WAS FOUND CRACKED AT THE INBOARD HOIST ATTACH POINT. MAINTENANCE REPAIRED THE ASSY IAW AMTA ERA-757-78R-4616 AND ROLLS-ROYCE TECHNICAL VARIANCE DOCUMENT F37183. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)
DURING A-CHECK, THE NR 1 ENGINE COMMON NOZZLE ASSY WAS FOUND CRACKED AT BOTH THE INBOARD AND OUTBOARD HOIST ATTACH POINTS. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NOZZLE ASSY. (M)
WHILE SERVICING APU FOUND A HOLE ABOUT 2 INCHES IN DIAMETER AND A CRACK ABOUT 3 INCHES LONG IN THE BLEED AIR TEE DUCT. REPLACED THE TEE DUCT PER MM 49-53-01, OPERATIONAL CHECKED OK. (M)
DURING GROUND HANDLING, A CLEANER UNINTENTIONALLY ACTIVATED THE R1 DOOR WITH THE ESCAPE SLIDE HANDLE IN ARMED POSITION. SLIDE FULLY DEPLOYED AND DOOR ASSIST BOTTLE BLOWN. REPLACED SLIDE, RAFT ASSY AT R1 DOOR PER MM 25-66-01 AND REPLACED THE DOOR ASSIST BOTTLE PER MM 52-11-30. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)
