LEFT SIDE BRAKES WOULD ENGAGE ON LANDING BUT THEN STOPPED WORKING FOR 1-2 SECONDS AROUND 60 KTS AND 15-20 KTS. R & R BRAKE CONTROL VALVE. LEAK CHECKED GOOD BUT LH BRAKES STILL FAILED DURING TAXI CHECK. R&R BRAKE CONTROL UNIT WITH MODIFIED UNIT. LEAK CHECKED GOOD. OPS/TAXI CHECKS GOOD.
EXPERIENCED RAPID CABIN DEPRESSURIZATION AT FL430 CABIN ALTITUDE INCREASED AT 10,000+ FEET PER MINUTE. EXECUTED EMERGENCY DESCENT TO 15,000 FT IN LESS THAN 4 MINUTES. AFTER LEVELING AT 15,000 FT CABIN PRESSURE SYSTEM APPEARED TO RETURN TO NORMAL OPERATION AND ALTITUDE SCHEDULE. REPLACED LT AND RT SAFETY VALVES AND SWAPPED IASC NR 1 AND NR 2. OPS CHECK GOOD FOR IASC SWAP AND FOR THE OUTFLOW VALVE.
RIGHT BLEED LEAK RED CAS POSTED AFTER TAKEOFF. ACFT DIVERTED. REPOSITIONED SENSING ELEMENT AND CLAMPS.
BIRD STRIKE HIT LT HORZ STAB AND VERTICAL STAB, LEADING EDGE FOR THE LT STAB, LEADING EDGE ACCESS PANEL, UPPER AND LOWER HORSE COLLAR DAMAGED. NO DAMAGE FOUND TO STAB ACTUATOR. FOUND BIRD PARTS INSIDE PANELS.
