AIR TURN BACK DUE TO RIGHT PYLON BLEED LEAK CAS SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF. WITHIN 10 SECONDS, THE PF BROUGHT THE RIGHT THRUST LEVER BACK TO IDLE. THE CAS MESSAGE WENT AWAY, THE CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY, AND MADE RIGHT-HAND VFR TRAFFIC PER THEIR PREFLIGHT EMERGENCY BRIEFING FOR A SINGLE ENGINE LANDING AT SFB. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. RAN RH ENGINE; CONFIRMED A BLEED AIR LEAK OUTBOARD OF RH BLEED AIR HIGH PRESSURE VALVE; REMOVED, RESEATED, AND RE-TORQUED BAND CLAMP IAW CHALLENGER 300 AMM 36-11-05-000-801. LEAK CHECK IS GOOD.
REJECTED TAKE OFF DUE TO LT ENGINE NOT RESPONDING TO THROTTLE COMMANDS. AIRCRAFT EXITED RUNWAY WITHOUT INCIDENT. PER FADEC AND MDC DOWNLOADS SUSPECT A T/R STATE 2 ERROR. INSPECTED AND SECURED CONNECTORS FOR ECU, NO DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORMED 4 DIFFERENT ENGINE STARTS AND OPERATING THE T/R'S WHILE RUNNING WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
DIVERTED DUE TO SEVERAL ANTI ICE SYSTEM CASS MESSAGES. CREW REQUESTED LOWER ALTITUDE, OUT OF ICING CONDITIONS, AND EXECUTED THE EMERGENCY CHECKLIST. LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL TEST IAW ADVISORY WIRE AW300-36-0008 REV 2, NO DEFECTS NOTED. OPS CHECK GOOD.
