STATION 323â X -3.0â BL UP ON REMOVAL OF ADIU FOUND ADIU HARDWARE RETAINER UNDER RH FWD LEG OF ADIU, AND CRACKING UNDER LH AFT MOUNT OF ADIU. SUSPECT THAT THE STRESS OF RETAINER UNDER RT LEG, PUT STRESS AT LH AFT LEG INDUCING FATIGUE CRACKING AT LH AFT MOUNT PAD, AFTER CLEAN UP DAMAGE ON TOP SIDE OF PANEL IS ABOUT 1 5/8â BY 1 1/2â CENTERED UNDER LH AFT ADIU MOUNT.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FOR SDR QMLA2022081920055 AC WAS EXPERIENCING UN-COMMANDED "ROLL" INPUTS WITH AP1 SHOWING "DEGRADED" AND AP2 NORMAL OPERATION. THE FLIGHT SYSTEMS PAGE SHOWED ROLL COMMAND INPUTS-UP SLIGHTLY AND THEN DOWN SLIGHTLY THAT CORRESPONDED WITH CYCLIC MOVEMENT. CURRENTLY AUTO PILOT SYSTEM MEL'D AND CURRENT TROUBLESHOOTING SO FAR HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO CONFIRM AND PINPOINT AUTO PILOT AND OR FLIGHT DIRECTOR ISSUE. CONFIRMED FLIGHT CONTROL RIGGING MIN FRICTION CHECKS AND FOUND WITH IN PUBLISHED LIMITS. BALANCE SPRING FOR COLLECTIVE WAS LOWERED TO EQUALIZE FORCES OF COLLECTIVE MIN FRICTION FORCE IN BOTH DIRECTIONS (UP & DOWN), NO FURTHER AP ISSUES NOTED.
THE CREW REPORTED THE HANDLE ON RT EMERGENCY EXIT FELL OFF. THE ACFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. RESECURED RT FORWARD CABIN EMERGENCY EXIT HANDLE BEZEL IAW AMM CH 20-25-13. THE ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE CREW REPORTED THE CABIN DOOR EMERGENCY EXIT SIGN LENS NOT ALIGNED WITH SIGNAGE. THE ACFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REPOSITION MAIN ENTRANCE EXIT SIGN IAW JIC 33-50-00. NO PARTS R & R. THE OPS CHECK WAS GOOD. THE ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
AFTER STARTING NR 2 ENG, GOT NAC OVERHEAT AND ENG FIRE WARNING. RAMP HAD 20 KNOT TAIL WINDS ON ACFT. PERFORMED GROUND ENG RUNS INTO HEAD WIND IAW JIC MM 72-00-00. OPS CHECKED GOOD AT THIS TIME.

DISCREP: DURING POST FLIGHT THE RT MLG HINGE PIN WAS FOUND TO HAVE MIGRATED OUTBOARD AND CONTACTED THE NR 4 MAIN TIRE. REMOVED AND REPLACED RT MLG SWING LEVER PIN WITH REFERENCE TO ATR JIC 32-11-00. ALSO REMOVED AND INSTALLED NR 4 MLG TIRE ASSEMBLY IAW JIC 12-37-32.
AFTER TAKEOFF ALL GEAR LIGHTS WENT OUT, THEN LT GEAR INDICATION RED AND GREEN ON BOTH PANELS. AIR NOISE CONFIRMED PROBABLE GEAR DOWN. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OF LANDING GEAR SEVERAL TIMES IAW ATR 72 JIC 32-30-00 FUT. NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME.
AT 20,000 FT CAPT FWD SIDE WINDOW SHATTERED. REMOVED AND REPLACED CAPT FWD SIDE WINDSHIELD IAW JIC NR 56-12-00 PERFORMED OPT CK , NO DEFECTS NOTED.

UPON SELECTING L/G UP, THE NOSE AND RT GEAR RETRACTED. THE LT MLG UNLOCKED, HOWEVER IT REMAINED IN THE DOWN POSITION WITH BOTH INDICATING SYSTEMS DISPLAYING RED UNLK AND GREEN DOWN TRIANGLE SIMULTANEOUSLY. ATC TOWER CONFIRMED THE GEAR APPEARED DOWN. AFTER SLOWING TO 120 KTS, THE GEAR WAS CYCLED DOWN AND THEN RETRACTED NORMALLY. AT THIS TIME FOUND LT MLG PLUMBING TEE FITTING BROKEN. REMOVED AND REPLACED TEE FITTING AS PER MM NR 32-31-50 (FIG 16 ITEM NR 50). PERFORMED EXTENSION AND RETRACTION AS PER JIC NR 32-31-00 AND FOUND SYSTEM WORKING PROPERLY.
ON POST FLIGHT CREW REPORTED EMERGENCY LIGHT BY SERVICE DOOR INOPERATIVE. REPLACED BATTERY PACK AT POWER SUPPLY 61WL IAW JIC 33-51-21, OPT CHECK GOOD IAW JIC 33-50-00. (K)
DURING TAKEOFF ROLL, RIGHT ENGINE ITT ABOVE 765 DEGREES. DURING GROUND OPERATION WITH BLEEDS ON THERE IS A 50 DEGREES DIFFERENCE. REMOVED AND REPLACED RT ENGINE DIFFUSER TUBE AT 10 O`CLOCK POSITION IAW MM 72-30-00. PERFORMED RUNUP IAW JIC 72-00-00. ALL PARAMETERS WITHIN LIMITS AT THIS TIME.
ON GROUND, NR 1 ENGINE FIRE WARNING CAME ON. HEAVY TAIL WINDS WERE PRESENT CREATING A FALSE INDICATION. CAPTAIN DISCHARGED FIRE BOTTLE. REPLACED FIRE BOTTLE. NO INDICATION OF FIRE NOTED. (K)

SGF - DURING SCHEDULED PS-2 CHECK MAINTENANCE, REPORTED A FLOOR PROXIMITY LIGHT AT ROW 5 TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE FOUND AND REPAIRED A BROKEN WIRE AT THE LIGHT CONNECTION. OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD AND AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)
SAW - DURING CPCP-2 INSPECTION, FOUND CORROSION WAS FOUND ON PASSENGER STAIRS AROUND STEP SCREW HOLES OF LOWER STEP. LOWER STEP SUPPORT WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED IAW ATR SRM. AIRCRAFT WAS THEN RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)
DURING CPCP-2 INSPECTION, FOUND CORROSION ON FOUR SEAT TRACKS, LEFT AFT OUTBOARD, LEFT AFT INBOARD, LAVATORY WALL TRACK, AND RIGHT AFT CARGO FLOOR TRACK. ALL SEAT TRACKS WERE REMOVED AND REPLACED IAW AE EO E2-53MR-115. AIRCRAFT WAS THEN RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)
