DURING AN OVERNIGHT LINE CHECK THE EMERGENCY ESCAPE PATH LIGHTS FROM ROW 29 ON THE RT SIDE TO ROW 33 ON THE RT SIDE WERE INOPERATIVE. MX FOUND BATTERY PACK M10699 TO BE DEFECTIVE AND REPLACED IT. ALL OPS CHECKED NORMAL AFTER REPLACEMENT.
DURING OVERNIGHT MX THE ESCAPE PATH LIGHTING IN ROWS 28 THROUGH 33 WERE FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE. THE BATTERY PACK ASSOCIATED WITH THESE LIGHTS WAS FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE. MX REPLACED POWER SUPPLY K735. ALL OPS WERE NORMAL AFTER REPLACEMENT OF THE POWER SUPPLY.
DURING CRUISE FLIGHT AT 37,000FT ENG NR 1 FLAMEOUT. FLIGHT CREW WAS SUCCESSFUL IN RESTARTING ENG NR 1 AND CONTINUED TO DESTINATION. MAINTENANCE REPLACED ENG NR 1 PT2/TT2 PROBE, EEC AND PERFORMED BOROSCOPE INSPECTION. (S)
DURING "M" CHECK FOUND DENT IN FUSELAGE SKIN AT BS 625 S14L. REPAIRED PER EA 56-210586 SECTION I, SECTION II REQUIRES SUPPLEMENTAL INSPECTION ON OR BEFORE 37,500 CYCLES ARE REACHED. SECTION III REQUIRES REPEAT INSPECTION NOT TO EXCEED EVERY 3000 CYCLES AFTER ACCOMPLISHMENT OF SECTION II.
DURING OVERNIGHT LINE CHECK, FOUND SEATS 4, 5, 6, LAV2L, AND F/A SEAT 2L EMERGENCY LIGHTS INOP WHEN TESTED. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED POWER SUPPLY. OPERATIONAL CHECKED GOOD AND AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

DURING CLIMB AT 7,000 FT, NR 1 ENGINE EXPERIENCED TWO COMPRESSOR STALLS. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO MSP. GROUND MAINTENANCE FOUND TWO BENT FAN BLADES. REPLACED BLADES, PMA STATOR AND PROBE CURRENT SENSE RELAY. ENGINE OPERATIONAL CHECK OK.
