PLANE WAS RELOCATING FROM HND TO CRQ, DURING TAKE OFF PHASE CREW NOTICED THE FUEL FILTER BYPASS LIGHT CAME ON THE RIGHT ENGINE. CREW ABORTED THE TAKE OFF & TAXI BACK TO FBO.
AFTER A NORMAL TAKEOFF FROM KCRQ HEADED TO KLAS, CREW NOTICED A LEFT SIDE âFUEL LOW LEVELâ CAUTION LIGHT ILLUMINATED AFTER CLIMBING. THE CREW JUST HAD FUEL IN THE PLANE BEFORE TAKEOFF AND THE FUEL GAUGES READ NORMAL. CREW FOLLOWED THE CHECK LIST PROCEDURES FOR âFUEL LOW LEVELâ BUT THE CAUTION LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED. CREW INFORMED ATC THAT AIRCRAFT NEEDED TO RETURN AS A PRECAUTION.
DURING TAKEOFF FROM SJC TO CRQ, CREW NOTICED A "DOOR UNLOCKED" LIGHT ON. TAKE OFF WAS REJECTED. CREW TAXI BACK TO FBO. CREW RECHECKED ALL DOORS & WARNING LIGHT WENT OFF. AIRCRAFT TOOK OFF NORMALLY AFTER THAT.
AFTER TAKEOFF FROM NAPC TO NSNA, GEAR WOULD NOT GO UP. PILOT CALLED TOWER & WAS TOLD TO DO COME BACK TO NACP & DO AN UNSCHEDULED LANDING BACK TO NAPC.
BEFORE TAKE OFF CREW NOTICED A RT THRUST ATTENUATOR UN-STOWED LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED.PLANE TAXIED BACK TO THE HANGAR.
PLANE TOOK OFF FROM KTRK IN DIRECTION TO KYVR, WHILE IN FLIGHT RIGHT HAND THRUST ATTENUATOR DEPLOYED, THE FLIGHT WAS DIVERTED TO KRNO.
UPON TAKE-OFF, ACFT ACCELERATION DETERMINED SLOW BY PILOT AND COPILOT. AT 80 KNOTS INDICATED, TAKEOFF ABORTED. CREW SLOWED AIRCRAFT TO STOP USING ACFT BRAKES. LT MAIN TIRE DEFLATED AT WALKING SPEED, FROM FUSE PLUG RELEASE, TIRE BEAD SEPARATED FROM WHEEL. ACFT UNABLE TO BE ROLLED BECAUSE BRAKES FUSED TOGETHER, ACFT REMOVED FROM RUNWAY USING DOLLIES. TROUBLESHOT BRAKE SYS, FOUND NO FAULT WITH PARKING BRAKE VALVE, PARKING BRAKE CONTROL CABLE, EMERGENCY BRAKING SYS, BRAKE CONTROL VALVE. IN PROCESS OF INSPECTING LT WHEEL AND REPLACING LT AND RT BRAKES.
