#1 AND #2 HYDRAULIC LOW PRESSURE LIGHT ON. HYDRAULIC @ 2300PSI. PERFORMED GEAR FREE LANDING PROCEDURE.
UPON REDUCING POWER FOR DESCENT FLIGHT CREW NOTICED HYDRAULIC LOW PRESSURE LIGHTS ON. COULD NOT DUPLICATE ON THE GROUND.
WHILE IN CRUISE FLIGHT, CREW NOTED HYDRAULIC LOW PRESSURE LIGHTS ON, ENGINES 1 AND 2 WITH A HYDRAULIC PRESSURE OF 2300 PSI. CREW DIVERTED TO AN ALTERNATE AIRPORT EXTENDING LANDING GEAR MANUALLY PRIOR TO LANDING.
HYDRAULIC LOW PRESSURE LIGHTS #1 AND #2 FLIGHT LIGHTS IN HYDRAULIC PRESSURE INDICATOR READ 2300 PSI. CREW PERFORMED FREEFALLING LANDING GEAR PROCEDURE.
STANDBY INSTRUMENT INOP
DURING ACFT FUELING IT WAS NOTED THAT FUEL WAS LEAKING FROM THE SPPR PRESS RELIEF VLV. THE VLV WAS R & R WITH AN OVERHAULED UNIT, OFF PN 1159000-1, SN FR024BM.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT DURING PREFLIGHT CHECKS, HYD FLUID WAS NOTED LEAKING IN THE REAR EQUIPMENT BAY. MX FOUND THE RESERVOIR WAS VENTING TO THE OVERBOARD DRAIN AND IDENTIFIED THE NORMAL ACCUMULATOR PRESSURE TO BE LOW AND LEAKING INTERNALLY INTO THE RESERVOIR. THE DEFECTIVE NORMAL ACCUMULATOR, PN AIR45574/3, SN APB960871 WAS R & R WITH AN O/H UNIT. REF: AMM 29-10-81. ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
PRESSURE FUEL SERVICING VALVE WAS LEAKING. VALVE REPLACED WITH AN INSPECTED UNIT. FUNCTIONAL AND LEAK CHECKED SATISFACTORY.
DURING THE POST FLIGHT INSPECTION, THE NR 1 ENGINE OIL FILTER BYPASS INDICATOR WAS NOTED IN THE BYPASS POSITION. A SOAP WAS TAKEN AND RESULTS WERE NORMAL. THE BYPASS INDICATOR, PN 3070246-4 ON THE ENGINE WAS SUSPECT TO BE DEFECTIVE AND WAS REPLACED IAW SB TFE731-79-3069. COMPLIED WITH GROUND RUN LEAK CHECKS, NO DEFECTS NOTED.
THE CREW REPORTED THAT NR 2 INVERTER FAILED DURING FLIGHT. TROUBLESHOOTING IDENTIFIED THE NR 2 INVERTER DEFECTIVE. THE DEFECTIVE INVERTER WAS REMOVED AND A REPAIRED UNIT WAS INSTALLED. FUNCTIONAL CHECKED SATISFACTORY. ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE CREW REPORTED THAT DURING THE POST FLIGHT CHECKS, THE STALL CHANNEL 1 AND 2 WILL NOT IDENT. TROUBLESHOOTING IDENTIFIED THE F3 FUSE AS BEING OPEN BECAUSE OF HIGH RESISTANCE IN THE RT AIRFLOW SENSOR PN 1703-12, SN 1569. THE AIRFLOW SENSOR AND THE FUSE WERE REPLACED. FUNCTIONAL CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY.
LT ENGINE WOULD NOT GO TO IDLE THRUST WITH THROTTLE LEVER IN THE IDLE POSITION. TROUBLESHOOTING IDENTIFIED THE ENGINE FUEL CONTROL WAS DEFECTIVE. INSTALLED A REPAIRED UNIT. FUNCTIONAL CHECKED SATISFACTORY.
