JUST AFTER TAKEOFF, THE CREW RECEIVED A WING ANTI-ICE CAUTION MESSAGE. TO AVOID FLYING INTO POTENTIAL ICING CONDITIONS, THE CREW LEVELED OFF AT FL030 TO RUN THEIR QRH. THEY DECIDED TO RETURN TO FIELD. NO EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED. REMOVED AND REPLACED LT WING A/I INBOARD TEMPERATURE SENSOR IAW CRJ900 AMM 30-12-06-000/400-801. OPS CHECK GOOD.
AT 80 KNOTS THE CREW RECIEVED AN AMBER ANTI ICE MESSAGE AND REJECTED THE TAKE OFF. THEY PULLED OVER AND CALLED MAINTENACE AT WHICH POINT THE MESSAGE WAS CLEARED. THE AIRCRAFT IS ON ITS WAY TO ITS DESTINATION. NO EMERGENCY.
ON THE TAKEOFF ROLL, AS THE CREW APPROACHED V1 (AT ABOUT 130 KIAS) THEY RECEIVED A WING OVERHEAT CAUTION MESSAGE AND DECIDED TO REJECT THE TAKEOFF. ONCE THEY WERE OFF, THE CREW MADE AN ANNOUCEMENT TO THE PAX OF WHAT OCCURRED, AND ALSO CONTACTED MAINTENANCE. THEY THEN TAXIED BACK TO THE GATE WITH NO FURTHER ISSUES. UPON INSPECTION OF RIGHT HAND PRSOV NO DAMAGE FOUND. FOUND LEFT HAND PRSOV LOWER CANNON PLUG NOT SECURED. RESECURED LEFT HAND PRSOV LOWER CANNON PLUG, IAW CRJ900 AMM 36-12-01-400-801- A01. PRSOV AND WING A/I OPERATIONS CHECK GOOD, IAW CRJ900 AMM 36-12-01-710-801-A01 AND 30-12-00-710-801.
THE CREW REJECTED THE TAKE OFF FROM RUNWAY 25L. SPEED BELOW 40 KNOTS. RT REV UNSAFE AMBER MESSAGE. REMOVED AND REPLACED RT TR ISOLATION CONTROL VALVE, IAW CRJ900 AMM 78-32-09-000/400-801-A01.
OVERHEAD BIN INSTALLED INCORRECTLY CAUSING INTERFERENCE WITH EMERGENCY EXIT. CONDUCTED OPERATIONS CHECK ON EMERGENCY EXIT DOORS, FOUND RIGHT AFT HITTING BIN. FOUND ROD DISCONNECTED ON AFT END OF BIN 15. CONNECTED ROD IAW CRJ 900 AMM 25-23-01-000/400-801-A50. OPS CHECK OF ALL EMERGENCY EXIT DOORS CHECK GOOD IAW CRJ 900 AMM 52-21-00-710-801.
CREW INITIALLY REPORTED TO THE DISPATCHER PACK SMELL IN THE COCKPIT. INFORMATION WAS LATER REVEALED THAT THE CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY DUE TO THE WINDSHIELD HEATING ELEMENT CRACKLING AND SPARKING. NOSE WHEEL STEERING WARNING MSG DURING GEAR RETRACT. CREW REPORTED STANDARD TAKEOFF. SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF A STEERING WARNING MESSAGE APPEARED. CREW RAN QRH PROCEDURE MULTIPLE TIMES AND WERE UNABLE TO RESOLVE THE WARNING MESSAGE. CAPTAIN DECIDED TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY FOR LANDING AT CHARLOTTE AIRPORT, IN ORDER TO USE THE LONGEST RUNWAY AVAILABLE. UPON LANDING CREW PERFORMED A SYSTEM RESET AND THE ISSUE WAS RESOLVED AND AIRCRAFT TAXIED TO THE GATE WITHOUT ANY FURTHER COMPLICATIONS. CAPTAIN REPORTED THAT MAINTENANCE WAS INSPECTING AIRCRAFT AFTER ARRIVAL AT GATE. TROUBLESHOT CAUTION MESSAGE AND FOUND NO DEFECTS. RETRACTED AND EXTENDED NLG, NO STEERING INOP MESSAGES OCCURED. CREW REPORTED DURING CLIMB AROUND FL330 RECEIVING A CAB ALT MESSAGE. CREW ADVISED ATC OF THE SITUATION DID AN EMERGENCY DESCENT AND RETURNED TO DSM. R&R OUTFLOW VALVE.
THE AIRCRAFT WAS FERRYING FOR A FLAPS FAIL. THE CREW RECEIVED A FLAPS FAIL MESSAGE AND DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 2 SECU, OPS CHECKED GOOD.

SWAPPED NR 1 AND NR 2 DCUâS FOR T/S IAW AMM 31-41-04-000/400-801-A01, OPS CHECK GOOD. DCUâS RETURNED TO ORIGINAL CONFIGURATION, OPS CHECK GOOD. R & R NR 1 SFECU IAW AMM 27-51-05-000/400-801, OPS CHECK GOOD.
CREW REPORTED RED SPEED TAPE WOULD NOT DISAPPEAR AFTER FLAPS RETRACTED AFTER TAKEOFF. FLIGHT CONTROL SHOWED FLAPS AT ZERO. CREW RETURNED TO FIELD AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED CHECK OF OVERSPEED SYS. NO FAULTS NOTED. ACFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.

FLAPS CAME UP NORMALLY AND ALL INDICATIONS SHOWED FLAPS AND SLATS AT ZERO DEGREES, BUT AIRSPEED INDICATOR STILL SHOWED RED SPEED TAPE AT 230 KNOTS. CREW DIVERTED AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOT FLAP SYS, R & R MT3 SKEW DETECTOR AND PERFORMED CHECKS IAW MM. ACFT RELEASED FOR SERVICE.
