AFTER FLAPS 20 TAKEOFF, FLAPS FAIL CAUTION MSG AND FLAPS FAILED AT FLAPS 17 AND SLATS 20. REMOVE AND REPLACED THE SLATS/FLAPS ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT IAW AMM 27-51-05-000/400-801. TESTED THE (SFECU2) BY CLEARING OF INHIBIT IAW AMM 45-45-00-970-821. PERFORM THE SFECU2 SELF TEST IAW AMM 27-51-05-740-801. CHECK MDC FOR OTHER FAULTS. ALL FAULTS ARE CLEARED AT THIS TIME.
PITCH FEEL CAUTION IN FLIGHT / REMOVED LINEAR ACTUATOR #1 A141 AND INSTALLED LINEAR ACTUATOR #2 A140 IN ITS POSITION. OPS CHECK GOOD. INSTALLED NEW LINEAR ACTUATOR IAW AMM 27-31-23-400-801-A01-PSA. OPS CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME.
APPR 20 MINS INTO OCF RECEIVED PROX SYS 1 FAULT STATUS MSG FOLLOWED BY GEAR AND FLAP ICONS THEN COULD HEAR GEAR TRYING TO EXTEND. PROBLEM PROGRESSIVELY BECAME MORE FREQUENT THROUGH REST OF FLIGHT AND RIGHT MLG GEAR STARTED SHOWING IN TRANSIT ON EICAS. COMMANDED EXTENSION FOR LANDING WAS NORMAL / REMOVED THE PINS FROM THE OLD TERMINAL BLOCK TM117 TO THE NEW TERMINAL BLOCK IAW TAP 3230-070-001-25-702-3 & RIL 13951. LANDING GEAR OPS CHECKED GOOD. PSEU REMOVED & REPLACED IAW 32-61-01-000/400-801.
