BATTERY PACK ASSOCIATED WITH ESCAPE PATH LIGHTING AT ROWS 26 THROUGH 30 FAILED DURING EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACK CHECK DURING SCHEDULED OVERNIGHT MAINTENANCE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE BATTERY PACK AND ALL OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD.
BATTERY PACK ASSOCIATED WITH THE ESCAPE PATH LIGHTING AT ROWS 14 THROUGH 20 FAILED DURING EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACK CHECK DURING SCHEDULED OVERNIGHT MAINTENANCE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE BATTERY PACK AND ALL OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD.
BATTERY PACK ASSOCIATED WITH THE ESCAPE PATH LIGHTING AT ROWS FOUR THROUGH SIX FAILED DURING EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACK CHECK DURING SCHEDULED OVERNIGHT MAINTENANCE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE BATTERY PACK AND ALL OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD.
THE FUEL SUPPLY TUBE IN THE RIGHT PYLON WAS FOUND TO BE CHAFING AGAINST THE PYLON SUPPORT STRUCTURE (P/N 112N4115-6). THE DAMAGE TO THE FUEL TUBE EXCEEDED THE ALLOWABLE 0.004 INCH OF DAMAGE. REPLACED THE FUEL LINE. REPAIRED PER EO 2822-01068-01. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
IN CRUISE AT FL 37,000 FT RECEIVED R HYD SYS PRESS AND R HYD SYS QTY MESSAGES. QUANTITY SHOWED ZERO IN RT SYSTEM. DECISION WAS MADE TO DIVERT TO DTW. LANDING UNEVENTFUL, MAINTENANCE FOUND THE RETURN LINE FROM THE RT (ALTERNATING CURRENT MOTOR PUMP (ACMP) CRACKED AT B-NUT. VERIFIED SYSTEM WAS EMPTY AND INSTALLED TEMPORARY FLEX LINE (P/N 00255030499). AFTER SERVICING SYSTEM FOUND RT ACMP WITH CAVITATIONS AT 1230 PSI. REMOVED AND REPLACED AC HYDRAULIC PUMP 55-2911-9-0013 S/N OFF 56289 AND ENGINE DRIVEN PUMP 55-2911-9-0016 S/N OFF 58288.
