RTF-FLAPS FAIL CAUTION MSG ON TAKE OFF. / FOUND B1 CODE 006551. CLEARED INHIBITS AND SELF TEST FOR SFECU PASSED IAW CRJ 900 AMM 45-45-00-970-821. FOUND LH OB INB FLAP ACTUATOR TRIPPED. RESET THE TRIPPED ACTUATOR IAW CRJ 900 AMM 27-52-09-610-802. PERFORMED OPS TEST OF SLATS AND FLAPS IAW CRJ 900 AMM 27-50-00-710-801 MULTIPLE TIMES AND DID NOT HARD FAULT. CAUTION MESSAGE IS GONE. OPS CHECK GOOD.
ON APPROACH TO GPT, PILOTS MOVED THE FLAP LEVER TO 8 AND GOT A STICK SHAKER FOLLOWED BY A STICK PUSHER. PILOTS WERE ABLE TO MANUALLY PULL THE NOSE UP FROM A DIVE DOWN SCENARIO. PILOTS DISCONNECTED THE STICK PUSHER SWITCHES AND BEGAN TO CLIMB PERFORMING A GO AROUND RETRACTING FLAPS. READ QRH FOR STICK PUSHER FAIL AND TRY ONE MORE APPROACH AT 210KTS AND BOTH STICK PUSHER SWITCHES IN THE OFF POSITION. THE STICK SHAKER AND PUSHER WENT OFF AGAIN AND WE WERE IN THE SAME SCENARIO. WE REALIZED FLAPS OUT OF ZERO WERE SOMEHOW ASSOCIATED AND DIVERTED FOR A FLAP ZERO LANDING. NO FURTHER ISSUES AFTER THAT / C/W INSTRUCTIONS LISTED IN RIL# 12219.

ON DEPARTURE AFT FA IMMEDIATELY SMELLED SMOKE AND CALLED FWD FA. IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE SMOKE ODOR WAS STRONGER IN THE REAR OF THE AIRCRAFT (ROW 11 BACK TO AFT FA STATION). SLIGHT SMOKY ODOR IN THE COCKPIT. CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND DECIDED TO RETURN TO GSP. UPON LANDING AND CLEARING THE RUNWAY, THE MAIN CABIN DOOR WAS OPENED FOR A BRIEF INSPECTION BY EMERGENCY CREWS. IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE FLIGHT WAS SAFE TO TAXI TO THE GATE. PAX DEPLANED NORMALLY AT THE GATE. NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED AND NO EMK OR OTHER FIRST AID SUPPLIES WERE USED. UPON RE-ENTERING THE AIRCRAFT THE CREW DISCOVERED THERE WAS A LH AUTO PACK FAIL MSG, WHICH WAS NOT PRESENT DURING FLIGHT, TAXI, OR AFTER ENGINE SHUTDOWN. NOTICED THAT THE ACM WAS MAKING A BURNING SMELL. REMOVED AND REPLACED LH ACM IAW CRJ 900 AMM 21-51-08-000/400-801-A01. OPS CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME. LEAK CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME. NO SMOKE IN CABIN."

AT 2000 FEET, DURING INITIAL CLIMB, THE FLIGHT ATTENDENT REPORTED SMOKE IN THE CABIN. DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND RETURNED TO THE FIELD. MAINTENANACE THE RIGHT AIR CONDITIONING PACK WAS THE SOURCE OF THE SMOKE.
THE AIRCRAFT RECEIVED A NOSE WHEEL STEERING INOPERATIVE MESSAGE AND DECLARED EMERGENCY. THE CREW FOLLOWED THE QUICK REFERENCE HANDBOOK AND CONTINUED TO DESTINATION AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE CYCLED SYSTEM CIRCUIT BREAKERS AND THE MESSAGE CLEARED. NO FURTHUR ACTION TAKEN AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE CREW RECEIVED A NOSE WHEEL STEERING CAUTION MESSAGE DURING APPROACH. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. THE SYSTEM OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
INBOARD SPOILERON AND INBOARD FLIGHT SPOILERS CAUTION MESSAGE. MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOT AND PERFORMED SELF TEST OF THE SPOILER AND STABILIZER CONTROL UNITS, OPS CHECKED GOOD. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR SERVICE.
