DURING EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACK DEEP CYCLE CHECK, ALL 15 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACKS FAILED THE TEST. MX REPLACED THE BATTERY PACKS AND ALL OPS WERE NORMAL AFTER REPLACEMENT.
THE NUMBER 3, RIGHT HAND, EMERGENCY DOOR INADVERTENTLY OPENED AND THE ESCAPE SLIDE DID NOT INFLATE. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE EVACUATION SLIDE, TESTED AND RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE SUPPLY TUBE IN THE RIGHT PYLON WAS FOUND TO BE CHAFING AGAINST THE PYLON SUPPORT STRUCTURE (P/N 112N4115-6). THE DAMAGE TO THE FUEL TUBE EXCEEDED THE ALLOWABLE 0.004 INCH OF DAMAGE. REPLACED THE FUEL LINE. REPAIRED PER EO 2822-01068-01. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
