ALTERNATOR COOLING FAN ATTACHED TO DRIVE SHAFT SEIZED DURING TAXI CAUSING ALTERNATOR DRIVE SHAFT TO SHEAR AT SHEAR POINT ON ACCESSORY SPLINE. PROBLEM APPEARS TO BE TWO PINS PRESSED INTO COOLING FAN SHROUD WERE PRESSED IN TOO FAR DURING REASSEMBLY AT OVERHAUL.
