ACCOMPLISHED THE REPAIR OF EDGE DAMAGE AND REPLACED LOWER BOOM, PN D54610024200 TO NR 1 LT PYLON TO ENGINE. ALL WORK ACCOMPLISHED IAW EC A14-286-01.
FLT 134 RSW-JFK, AIRCRAFT DIVERTED TO TPA DUE TO AVIONICS VENT FAULT. ECAM ACTION WAS COMPLETED. THEN A SECOND FAULT (EXHAUST) OCCURRED, IT WAS RESET, THEN WE HEARD A LOUD BANG. CABIN KEPT CLIMBING 6-800 FPM, CABIN WENT TO 10,200. AIRCRAFT DESCENDED AND LANDED TO TPA. FOUND AIR EXTRACT DUCT COLLAPSED. REMOVED AND REPLACED AIR EXTRACT DUCT, CHECK VALVE AND SKIN AIR INLET VALVE. SYSTEM OPS CHECK NORMAL IAW 21-26-52 AND 21-26-56.
FLT 221 DCA-MCO, AT 190KTS FLAPS 1 WITH HALF SPEED BRAKES ON AUTOPILOT FLAPS 2 SELECTED A/C ROLLED 15 DEGREES BANK LEFT FOR 3 SECONDS THEN CORRECTED WHEN SPEED BRAKES RETRACTED. A/C AGAIN ROLLED LEFT 1 MINUTE LATER WITH NO CHANGES TO CONFIG AUTO PILOT DISCONNECTED NO FURTHER ROLLS. PERFORMED TSM TASK 27-93-00-810-950 REMOVED AND REPLACED ELAC1 (2CE1) PER AMM 27-93-34 BITE/OPS CHECK OK.
FLT 1221 BOS-RDU, ON TAKEOFF ENGINE INDICATIONS WERE ALL IN LINE. SHORTLY AFTER ROTATION ENG 2 OIL PRESS DROPPED QUICKLY TO 3.2 AND FLASHED ADV. CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND RETURNED TO BOS. THE OIL PRESS EVENTUALLY ROSE TO 8.0 AND NO OTHER NUMBERS WERE OUT OF LINE. LANDED AND SHUTDOWN THE ENGINE NORMALLY. LANDED OVERWEIGHT 144,000LBS. OVERWEIGHT CHKLST COMPLETED. T/S PER TSM 79-33-00-810-823-A. REMOVED & REPLACED NR 2 ENG OIL PRESSURE TRANSDUCER AS PRECAUTIONARY PER AMM 79-33-15. ENG OIL PRESSURE OPS CHECK NORMAL AT THIS TIME. ACFT OK FOR SERVICE.
