DURING FLIGHT, VENT EXTRACT FAULT ECAM THROUGHOUT ACFT BELIEVED TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH THE FAN FAILURE. TEST TO A FAULT FAN. R & R FWD AVIONICS FAN IAW AMM 21-26-51. OPS CHECK OK. PERFORMED CABIN/COCKPIT ODOR INSPECTION IAW AMM 05-50-00-810-831-A. NO ODOR DETECTED AT THIS TIME.
CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND ACFT DIVERTED DUE TO AFT SMOKE INDICATION. PERFORMED TSM 24-00-00-810-823-A & TSM 23-39-00-810-000-A. NO VISIBLE SMOKE FOUND. ALSO NO BURNING ODOR. R & R AFT CARGO AVIONICS PANEL IAW LTV AMM 23-39-00, SECTION 4000. OPS CHECK NORMAL.
ON MAINTENANCE CHECK, FOUND EMERGENCY LIGHT AT SEAT 25ABC INOPERATIVE. TROUBLESHOT SYS FOUND BAD HARNESS. REPLACE HARNESS IAW AMM 33-51-00-710-009-A, 33-51-00-710-001-A, 33-51-19 PB 401.
DURING MAINTENANCE CHECK FOUND NR 10 CABIN CEILING EMERGENCY LIGHT INOPERATIVE. FOUND EMERGENCY LIGHT DISCONNECTED. CONNECTED THE LIGHT IAW MM 33-51-11-400-001-A. OPS TESTED GOOD.
DURING HEAVY MAINTENANCE CHECK, CORROSION WAS FOUND AT LT WING T/E SKIN AT RIB 7, 8, 15, 16 & 17. REMOVED CORROSION AT LT WING T/E SKIN FOR RIBS 6-9 AND 15-17 IAW A14-714-01.
DIVERTED, INFLIGHT AFT AVIONICS RACK SMOKE INDICATION. INSPECTED AND VERIFIED LIVE TV SYSTEM AT FAULT IAW 23-39-00-810-801. PERFORMED TSM 24-00-00-810-823. THERE WERE NO EVIDENCE OF ACTUAL SMOKE. ACTIVATED LTV SYS, VISUALLY INSPECTED AVIONICS RACK AREA. MONITORED FOR 2 HOURS WITH NO DEFECT. R & R AFT RACK FAN AND FAN VACUUM SENSOR. OPS CHECKED NORMAL IAW 23-39-00.
FLT 185 JFK-SAN, CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY DUE TO ECAM YELLOW HYD RESERVOIR LOW LEVEL ON DISPLAY. THE TECHNICIAN REMOVED AND REPLACED O-RING ON THE INLET OF THE PARKING BRAKE VALVE. OPS AND LEAK CHECK GOOD REFERENCE AMM 32-24-14.
FLT 1060 AUS-JFK, CREW DECLARED EMERGENCY AND DIVERTED TO ATL DUE TO INDICATION AND SMOKE LIGHT AFT AVIONICS COMPARTMENT SMOKE. QRH PROCEDURE ACCOMPLISHED. LTV WAS DEACTIVATED AT ATLANTA. ON 5/26/12/, THE TECHNICIAN AT JFK FOUND LTV COOLING FAN UNIT NOT ROTATING. REMOVED AND REPLACED RACK COOLING FAN IAW LTV MM 23-39-00, MDDR 14635 CLEARED. OPS CHECK GOOD.
FLT 312, OAK-IAD, APPROX 1200Z, BURNING ELECTRICAL ODOR FROM OVERHEAD EYEBALL VENT AISLE 25, SECURED CABIN FAN AND PLACED PACKS TO HIGH, ODOR DISSIPATED. ODOR CAME BACK ON DESCENT. COMPLIED WITH TSM 23-39-00-810-801. COULD NOT DUPLICATE WRITE UP. COMPLIED WITH TSM 24-00-00-810-823. COULD NOT ISOLATE THE ELECTRICAL ODOR. OPERATED SYSTEM FOR TWO HOURS WITH NO INDICATIONS OF ANY ODOR. REMOVED AND REPLACED ALL VDU'S & SEB'S PRECAUTIONARY IN ROW 25ABCDEF.
