PAX DOOR FWD WEB IS CRACKED. REMOVED AND REPLACED
PAX DOOR TOP PANEL FOUND TO BE CRACKED AT 2 EACH LOCATIONS. REMOVED AND REPLACED
THE FUSELAGE SKIN IS GOUGED ON THE UPPER EDGE ABOVE THE AFT BAGGAGE BAY DOOR, APPROXIMATELY 1" LONG AND .013" DEEP. REPAIRED IAW EA 23-C9-53-1436 REV IR DATED 10/6/2023.
PAX DOOR AFT WEB IS CRACKED. REMOVED AND REPLACED
WHILE USING RWY 22 IN ROC, CREW REPORTED A R REV UNSAFE MSG DURING THROTTLE UP. AIRCRAFT SPEED WAS 20-30 KTS, AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO GATE FOR MAINTENANCE. REMOVED AND REPLACED ISOLATION CONTROL VALVE IAW CRJ900 AMM 78-32-09-000/400-801.
EMERGENCY LIGHTS AT ROW 15 AND 16 NOT ILLUMINATING. REMOVED AND REPLACED EPSU BATTERY CHARGER #3. OPS CHECKS GOOD.
ON APPROACH INTO TYS A/C ENCOUNTERED TURBULENCE. BOTH FA'S WERE INJURED. CAPT REQUESTED MEDICAL ASSISTANCE UPON LANDING. MEDICAL PERSONNEL MET THE A/C AND THE INJURED CREW MEMBERS WERE TRANSPORTED TO A MEDICAL FACILITY. MX PERFORMING INSPECTIONS.SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: C/W SEVERE TURBULENCE INSPECTION. NOTED DAMAGE GALLEY OVERHEAD PANEL HANGING LOW. OVERHEAD BIN 12/13 FD BROKEN, EXIT ROW 15 CEILING PANEL CRACKED, CEILING PANEL ROW 17 HAS DENT, 17/18EF OVERHEAD BINS BROKEN, ROW 19 CEILING PANEL CRACKED, ROW 19FD UNDER THE OVERHEAD BIN HAS DENT LEFT SIDE PANEL TO SPEAKER, 20 FD SPEAKER PANEL CRACKED, 21AC SPEAKER PANEL CRACKED. RAM AIR INTAKE FAIRING CRACKED. ALL NOTED DAMAGE REPAIRED.
