PRIOR TO TAKE OFF, YELLOW GOV LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON THE WARNING/CAUTION PANEL. I FAILED TO CAPTURE THE FAULT CODE PRIOR TO SHUTTING BOTH ENGINES DOWN. MECHANIC ARRIVED AND BOTH BATTERY CONTACTS WERE TURNED TO THE "ON" POSITION. THE FADEC WILL CONDUCT A BIT CHECK AND THE YELLOW GOV LIGHT ILLUMINATE......THEN EXTINGUISHES INDICATING A "GOOD" BIT TEST. THE YELLOW GOV LIGHT DID EXTINGUISH UPON COMPLETION OF THIS TEST. WE COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE CAUTION LIGHT. NO PARTS WERE REMOVED FROM THE AIRCRAFT.

AFTER FUELING THE AIRCRAFT THE PILOT PULLED INTO A HOVER AND SMELLED AND BURNT RUBBER SMELL. I WAS CALLED TO INVESTIGATE THE SMELL AND FOUND THAT IT WAS COMING FROM THE AIR CONDITIONER. I MELED THE AIR CONDITIONING AND PUT THE AIRCRAFT BACK IN SERVICE. AFTER ADDITIONAL TRROUBLESHOOTING, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE A/C BLOWER MOTOR HAD SEIZED/BURNED OUT. A REPLACEMENT MOTOR ASSEMBLY HAS BEEN ORDERED, AND IS ON THE WAY. THE AIRCRAFT CONTINUES TO OPERATE UNDER THE DEFERRAL AT THE TIME OF THIS SUBMISSION.

AFTER DEPARTING FROM BASE, ON CLIMB OUT, THE LG HANDLE WAS PLACED IN THE UP POSITION WITH NO CYCLE LIGHT & GEAR LIGHT INDICATED GEAR DOWN. THE LG HANDLE WAS THEN RETURNED TO THE DOWN POSITION. AFTER LEVELING OFF, THE LG PUMP CAUTION LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE PUMP SWITCH WAS IN THE NORMAL POSITION. IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE LIGHT ILLUMINATED AN ELEC BURNING SMELL FILL THE ACFT. THE ACFT IMMEDIATELY RETURNED TO BASE WITHOUT INCIDENT. THE LG PUMP LIGHT ONLY ILLUMINATES IF THE EMER PUMP SWITCH IS TURNED ON & THE GEAR IS DOWN. THE SMELL OF ELEC CIRCUITS BURNING CAME FROM THE EMER PUMP COMPARTMENT. THE EMER LG PUMP SWITCH IS NEXT TO THE LG SWITCH, USED TO CYCLE GEAR UP NORMALLY. MY BEST GUESS IS THAT THE EMER PUMP WAS INADVERTENTLY TURNED ON & WOULD NOT LET GEAR CYCLE UP SINCE THE EMER PUMP IS ONLY USED TO CYCLE DOWN THE GEAR. SINCE THE GEAR WAS ALREADY DOWN THE LG PUMP LIGHT ILLUMINATED. WIRING WAS CHECKED FOR ISSUES CONCERNING A POSSIBLE SHORT CAUSING PUMP TO TURN ON. NO DEFECTS WERE FOUND. NEW PUMP WAS INSTALLED & WORKED AS ADVERTISED WITH NO OTHER ISSUES FOUND.

DURING ROUTINE MX, FOUND A CRACK IN THE PRIMARY STUCTURE ON THE RT SIDE OF THE FUSELAGE IDENTIFIED AS FISH-PLATE, LOCATED AT THE TOP OF THE 4630 BULKHEAD, OR THE UPPER CORNER OF THE RT AFT PASSENGER DOOR. THE CRACK IS APPROX 60MM IN LENGTH. ACFT OUT OF SERVICE.

AIRCRAFT BEGAN TO EXPEREINCE A 1 TO 1 VERTICAL VIBRATION AND I FELT FEEDBACK IN THE CYCLIC. DECLARED AN EMERGENCY, AND EXECUTED A ROLL ON LANDING WITHOUT INCIDENT. MX INSPECTED THE ACFT AND DISCOVERED THAT THE LOWER BEARING ON THE BLACK PITCH CHANGE LINK HAD FAILED AND CAME UNSTAKED FROM THE ROD END.

NR 2 ENGINE CHIP LIGHT ILLUMNIATED ON LANDING. ENGINE WAS SHUTDOWN AND MECHANIC CALLED, MECHANIC FOUND FUZZ ON THE CHIP DETECTOR. MECHANIC CLEANED CHIP DETECTOR, COMPLETED A SOAP AND COLLECTED THE MATERIEL. SOAP CAME BACK NORMAL, BUT THE MATERIEL COLLECTED CAME BACK AS ASSY GEARBOX BEARING MATERIAL.

COPILOTS SIDE SUPPLEMENTAL NVG ANTENNA MOUNTED LIGHTING ON LT SIDE OF CTR PEDESTAL, HAS A RHEOSTAT THAT COULD POSSIBLY INTERFERE WITH THE FULL TRAVEL OF THE COPILOTS CYCLIC LT TO RT IF THE TRIM RELEASE WERE DEFERRED AND THE PASSENGER OR COPILOT IN THE LT SEAT WERE IN A POSITION WHERE THEIR RT LEG WAS BETWEEN THE RHEOSTAT AND CYCLIC. REMOVED THE OPTIONAL NVG GOOSENECK LIGHT FROM THE COPILOTS SIDE LT CENTER COUNCIL, IAW STC SR01717SE, DRAWING 365-6596-012.
