ON APPROACH TO LAND TO PATIENT DROP-OFF, WHEN IPUTTING THE LANDING GEAR DOWN THE NOSEWHEEL GEAR INDICATION REMAINED ILLUMINATED "UNSAFE" (RED), AND SIMULTANEOUSLY THE HYDR CAWS LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE TOWER AT EL PASO TOLD ME THAT THE GEAR LOOKED DOWN, BUT NOT LOCKED. REJECTED THE LANDING, AND REFERENCED THE PC-12/45 QUICK REFERENCE HANDBOOK (QRH) FOR LANDING GEAR MALFUNCTIONS AND PERFORMED THE EMERGENCY GEAR EXTENSION PROCEDURE, USING THE HAND-PUMP. AFTER SEVERAL PUMPS OF THE HAND-PUMP, THE NOSE GEAR AUDIBLY LOCKED, AND SHOWED A "SAFE" (GREEN) INDICATION. I THEN LANDED NORMALLY, AND THEN CALLED MAINTENANCE, AVIATION AND OCC TO REPORT THE IRREGULARITY. SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION. REMOVED AND REPLACED RELAY K501.

AFTER TAKEOFF, WHEN THE FLAPS WERE RAISED FROM 15 TO 0, THEY FROZE AT 14 WITH "FLAP" AND "PUSHER' ANNUNCIATIONS. DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND LANDED AT KABQ UNEVENTFULLY, FLAPS LOCKED AT 15 DEGREES DUE TO ASYMMETRY FAULT. MAINTENCE ACCOMPLISHED INSPECTION OF THE FLAPS SYSTEM AND ACCOMPLISHED A FLAP RESET AND ACCOMPLISHED OPERATIONAL CHECK. THE SYSTEM WAS NORMAL WITH NO DISCREPANCIES.

THE RUDDER TRIM TAB WASN’T OPERATING & STUCK IN FULL RT POSITION. UPON ARRIVING, PROCEEDED TO PERFORM A VISUAL INSPECTION OF RUDDER & TRIM SYS, NO VISUAL DAMAGE WAS FOUND AT THAT TIME. GAINED ACCESS TO THE RUDDER TRIM TAB RELAYS, SWAPPED THE LT & RT RELAYS FOR TROUBLESHOOTING PURPOSE. FOUND THE RT RELAY WAS INOPERATIVE. REMOVED RT RUDDER TRIM TAB RELAY & INSTALLED NEW RELAY PN 974-20-01-901 IAW AMM 27-21-00, 27-20-00 & 27-00-00. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK & VISUAL INSPECTION FOR FUNCTION OF RUDDER TRIM TAB SYS. CHECKED OKAY. LOG BOOK ENTRY MADE & CONTACTED MX CONTROL & RETURNED ACFT TO SERVICE.

LANDING GEAR FAILED TO RETRACT AFTER TAKEOFF. LANDING GEAR INDICATOR LIGHTS SHOWED 3 RED/UNLOCKED GEAR. HYD LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON CAWS PANEL. BETWEEN 5 AND 10 MINUTES AFTER THE INITIAL FAILURE, THE GEAR CYCLED TO THE UP POSITION WITHOUT ANY PILOT ACTION. THE SYSTEM OPERATED NORMAL ON LANDING. ACFT WAS GROUNDED AND MX CONTACTED. FOUND TERMINAL BLOCK DAMAGED.

ACFT LANDED SAFELY AT AIRPORT. DURING TAXI IN BETA MODE, ACFT WAS BREAKING AND PREPARING TO TURN LT ON TO TAXIWAY WHEN THE LT MAIN TIRE BLEW. THE TIRE PN 021-350-0, SN 0246S00343. THIS TIRE HAD A TOTAL OF 7 LANDINGS UNTIL IT FAILED. A NEW TIRE WAS INSTALLED PN 021-350-0, SN 0247S00341 ON 3-5-11 IAW CMM 32-45-79, PAGE 705. WHEEL ASSY WAS FOUND TO BE IN SERVICEABLE CONDITION IAW CMM 32-45-79, PAGE 501.
