ON CLIMBOUT BETWEEN 5K- 9K FEET WE HEARD SVRL THUMPS WITH HIGH CABIN RATE OF CLIMB. DIFF TO ZERO. PERFORMED CABIN PRESSURE CONTROLLER BITE PROCEDURE OF BOTH CONTROLLERS IAW FIM 21-31, FAULT TREE 803. NO FAULTS FOUND FOR THE CURRENT AND PREVIOUS FLIGHTS. FURTHER TROUBLESHOOTING REQUIRED. FOUND FWD EQUIPMENT COOLING OVERBOARD EXHAUSTER VALVE DUCT COLLAPSED. THE BELLY EQUIPMENT COOLING EXHAUST VALVE IS SUPPOSED TO BE CLOSED IN FLT, THESE DUCT FAILURES SUGGEST THAT THIS VALVE HAD FAILED OPEN. THIS VALVE FAILURE MAY ALSO BE THE ROOT CAUSE OF THE DEFECT DEFERRED IN ELB. OVERBOARD EXHAUST VALVE, INBD SUPPLY VALVE, & NUMEROUS EQUIPMENT COOLING DUCTS REPLACED AND REPAIRED.

AFTER CHECKING THE SLIDE SYS OUT, VERIFIED THE BOTTLE PRESSURE AND WHITE DISK WERE CORRECT, THEY WERE PULLED AND SET UP THE SLIDE SYS IAW ROUTINE JIC 6-1950-50-1 0. WITH HYD PWR ON AND SPOILERS UP, THE LT AFT OVERWING HATCH WAS REMOVED, THE SPOILER BLOW DOWN ACTUATOR FIRED, PUSHING 85625, THE INBD SPOILER TO THE DOWN POSITION. LT OVERWING SLIDE COMPARTMENT DOOR OPENED TO THE FULL OPEN POSITION. THIS PULLED THE CABLE THAT ACTUATES THE BOTTLE. AT THE INFLATION BOTTLE, THE BELL CRANK MOVED SLIGHTLY ENOUGH TO PULL THE CABLE FROM THE BOTTLE ONLY ABOUT 1-10TH INCH AND THEN STOPPED. THE WHITE DISK ON THE FRONT OF THE BOTTLE WAS NOW GONE, BUT THE CABLE COULD NOT BE PULLED ANY FURTHER TO OPEN BOTTLE. AFTER DISCONNECTING THE MAIN CABLE FROM THE BOTTLE REGULATOR CABLE AT THE BELLCRANK, THE MAIN CABLE DID MOVE BACK INTO THE CABLE HOUSING. THE SMALL REGULATOR CABLE ON BOTTLE COULD NOT BE MOVED DOWN. REGULATOR CABLE WAS MANUALLY LIFTED UPWARD TOWARD BOTTLE AND WAS EASILY PULLED BACK DOWN BY MX, THE SLIDE 85625 INFLATED. THE SMALL BOTTLE REGULATOR CABLE WAS JAMMED WHEN THE PRESSURE OF THE DOOR OPENING CABLE WAS APPLIED TO THE BOTTLE. FURTHER INVESTIGATION, FOUND THE SLIDE BOTTLE REGULATOR ROTATING-LOOSE, INDEPENDENTLY OF THE BOTTLE.

L-ANGLE AND CHANNEL CRACKED BETWEEN STA 325 AND 347 AT RBL 42.69. L-ANGLE ATTACHES TO THE FORWARD END OF C-CHANNEL FLOORBOARD SUPPORT AT RBL 42.69 TO THE STA 325, FLOORBEAM. MAJOR REPAIR ACCOMPLISHED. FABRICATED AND INSTALLED NEW L-ANGLE AND NEW CHANNEL.

ENGINE VIBRATION WITHIN LIMITS PER MMOV 77-31-00. ORIGINAL INSPECTIONS FOUND NO PROBLEMS. A/C HAD NO RELATED PROBLEMS FOR 24 DAYS. NO RELATED PROBLEMS FROM 11/03. ISOLATED INCIDENTS, NO FURTHER ACTION.

WHEN RETRACTING FLAPS, TE DISAGREE MSG APPEARED WHEN FLAP HANDLE WAS MOVED FROM 5 DEG TO 1 DEG. RETURNED TO JFK. *S/D* A FAULTY TRAILING EDGE FLAP POWER DRIVE UNIT BYPASS VALVE PREVENTED AFT FLAPS FROM RETRACTING TO THE COMMANDED POSITION. THE FLAP/SLAT ELECTRONICS UNIT SENSED THE DISAGREEMENT BETWEEN THE FLAP LEVER POSITION AND FLAP POSITION AND DROVE THE 'T/E FLAP DISAGREE' CAUTION ALERT MSG TO APPEAR ON EICAS AND THE 'TRAILING EDGE' AMBER LIGHT TO ILLUMINATE. THE BYPASS VALVE ON THE T/E FLAP PDU CONTROL VALVE WAS REPLACED AND TESTED AND THE FLAP/SLAT SYSTEM OPS CHECKED AND VERIFIED NORMAL PER MM.
LEFT HYDRAULIC EICAS MESSAGE AND QUANTITY LIGHT ON OVERHEAD CAME ON DURING TAKEOFF WITH HYDRAULIC QUANTITY INDICATION DROP. *S/D* REPLACED LEAKING STAB TRIM SERVO PLATE GASKET.
INBOARD AILERONS BINDED AT CRUISE ALTITUDE IN THE MANUAL MODE, AND WERE SMOOTH WITH THE AUTOPILOT CONNECTED. THE BEARING WAS GRITTY AND WORN. REPLACED BEARING ON FEEL AND CENTERING SPRING MECHANISM. INSPECTED CABLE RUNS IN E/E BAY AND BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT WING AREAS, ALL CHECK NORMAL.
AN AILERON LOCKOUT OCCURRED IN FLIGHT. THE EICAS DISPLAY VERIFIED THIS CONDITION. THIS INDICATION WILL BE ADDRESSED BY THE ACCOMPLISHMENT OF BOEING SERVICE LETTER 767-27-081-A.
FOUND WIRE BUNDLE ARCING ALONG SIDEWALL FLOOR BETWEEN SEATS 2A AND 3A. FOUND CHAFED WIRES DUE TO CONTACT WITH SIDE WALL GRILL. REPAIRED WIRES. SYSTEM OPS CHECKS OK.
