ONE BLADE FRACTURED AT THE PLATFORM, WITH A PORTION OF THE PLATFORM MISSING. THIS CAUSED FAILURE OF THREE ADJACENT BLADES. MANUFACTURER HAS INTRODUCED A NEW MATERIAL BLADE WITH AN IMPROVED UNDER PLATFORM COATING TO PRECLUDE SCC FAILURES.

E & E BAY, BS 246 FLOORBEAM, STIFFENER FLANGE CRACKED AT RBL 16.38 INCHES. CRACKS ON STATION 246 FLOORBEAM STIFFENERS ARE A KNOWN PROBLEM. THIS CRACKED STIFFENER WAS REPLACED WITH NEW.
LEFT WING REAR SPAR, OUTBOARD FLAP OUTBOARD DEFLECTION FITTING CRACKED. THE SUBJECT FITTING CRACKED TO CYCLICAL FATIGUE LOAD DURING EXTENSION AND RETRACTION OF THE OUTBOARD FLAP. CORRECTIVE ACTION IS REPLACEMENT OF THE FITTING WITH NEW AND IMPROVED FITTING PER COA 616463.

LEFT FORWARD BOOST PUMP LOW PRESSURE LIGHT ILLUMINATED DURING CLIMB. RTF. RTF AGAIN FOR SAME PROBLEM. *S/D* THE PRESSURE LIGHT ILLUMINATION WAS DUE TO FAILURE OF S70 PRESSURE SWITCH. THE SWITCH WAS REPLACED AND OPERATION OF THE LOW PRESSURE INDICATING CIRCUIT HAS BEEN NORMAL.
GOT SEVERE NOSE STRUT VIBRATION AS SOON AS NOSE WHEEL LOWERED TO RUNWAY. NO NOSE WHEEL STEERING. CAUSE APPEARS TO BE THE LEFT ELEVATOR POWER CONTROL UNIT REACTION LINK ROD END BEARINGS. RADIAL FREEPLAY ON TWO OF THE THREE BEARINGS MEASURED AT .030 AND .012 INCH. ALL THREE LT ELEVATOR ROD ENDS WERE REPLACED.

NOSE A-G DISAGREE AND GND PROX BITE DID NOT GET RADIO ALTIMETER CALLOUTS ON LANDING. RTF. NOSE LINK FOUND DISCONNECTED ON LANDING. LINKAGE AND DISCONNECT PINS OPERATION NORMAL. APPEARS PINS WERE INCORRECTLY ENGAGED AT DISPATCH .NOSE GEAR CHECKED PER MM FOR HARD LANDING.
