OPS CHECKED GOOD.
RETURNED TO DEPARTURE DUE TO AIRFRAME VIBRATIONS. REPLACED SPOILER CONTROL PACKAGE IAW AMM.
APPROXIMATELY 30 MINUTES AFTER TAKEOFF, THE FLIGHT ADVISED THE MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR THAT THEY FELT AN AIRFRAME VIBRATION. MAINTENANCE SUSPECTED IT COULD BE AN OPEN PANEL. THE FLIGHT IS RETURNING TO DEPARTURE FOR INSPECTION.
DURING REPETITIVE BOROSCOPE INSPECTION OF HPT 2ND STAGE VANE, THE NR 3 ENGINE HAD DAMAGE TO THREE VANES. ONE VANE WITH 2 CRACKS FROM TE TO LE AND THE SECOND VANE WITH AXIAL CRACKS IN CONCAVE SIDE. THE ENGINE WAS REPLACED IAW 7252-01248-01-03, TABLE 1.

JUST AFTER TAKEOFF THE CREW RECEIVED A RECIRCULATION FAN MESSAGE AND THE F/A REPORTED SMOKE IN THE CABIN. TURNED OFF THE FANS AND SMOKE QUICKLY DISSIPATED AND FLIGHT CONTINUED. VERIFIED FAN CAUSED THE EVENT. R & R THE RECIRCULATION FAN AND FILTERS IAW AMM.

DURING LINE CHECK, THE AFT CABIN FLOOR MOUNTED EMERGENCY LIGHTS WERE FOUND INOPERATIVE. RECONNECTED WIRE AT SEAT ROW 65L AND OPERATIONAL CHECK OK.
DURING LINE CHECK, THE AFT TWO EXTERIOR EMERGENCY LIGHTS LOCATED ON THE RIGHT WING TO BODY FAIRING WERE FOUND INOPERATIVE. REPLACED THE EXTERIOR EMERGENCY LIGHT POWER SUPPLY, OPERATIONAL CHECK OK.
TPE - DURING LINE CHECK, THE EMERGENCY PATH LIGHTS BETWEEN SEAT ROWS 35L TO 42L WERE FOUND INOPERATIVE. RECONNECTED LOOSE PIN, OPERATIONAL CHECK OK.
TPE - DURING LINE CHECK, THE FLOOR EMERGENCY OATH LIGHTS BETWEEN ROWS 36L TO 42L WERE FOUND INOPERATIVE. RECONNECTED LOOSE LIGHT ASSEMBLY PIN AND OPERATIONAL CHECK OK.
DURING ROTATION, THE NR 3 ENGINE EXPERIENCED A COMPRESSOR STALL WITH HIGH EGT AND WAS SHUTDOWN. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO TPE WHERE AN UNEVENTFUL THREE ENGINE LANDING WAS ACCOMPLISHED. NO FUEL WAS DUMPED AND THE ENGINE WAS REPLACED.
DURING PERIODIC CHECK, A CRACK WAS FOUND ON THE NR 3 PYLON AFT BULKHEAD 378.43. REMOVED DAMAGE AND REPAIRED PER EA 63-096770.
