During climb through FL 29 the # 3 engine at fire wall thrust would only maintain 1.8 EPR N1 82 % EGT 480C N2 87% FF 3500, at 35 engine # 3 EPR 1.25 N1 65% EGT 470, N2 70% FF 2000 applied engine anti-ice and fuel heat with no change.Removed and replaced # 3 ENG FCU per MM 72-21-01 performed full ENG TRIM/PWR CHK per MM 71-00-00 all parameters normal OPS and leak CHK good.

ENROUTE AT FL290 WINDOW R2 FAILED OUTER PANE SPIDER WEBBED AND ARCED AND WHISTLED. REMOVED AND REPLACED R2 WINDOW, NO DEFECTS NOTED. OPS CHECK AND LEAK CHECKS NORMAL. A/C OKAY FOR CONTINUED SERVICE.

On departure landing gear was retracted and handle moved to off the rt. gear door lite illuminated followed COM procedures and lite went off.ACTION TAKEN:cleaned door door lock switches, cables, and macheanisms checked normal.

SMOKE EMITTED FROM INSTRUMENT PANEL INDICATOR LIGHTS, MASTER DIMMING DC BUS 1 DC BUS 2 POPPED. REMOVED AND REPLACED MASTER DIM AND TEST CARD, SYSTEM CHECKS NORMAL.

POSITION GEAR HANDLE TO UP AND LIGHT WENT OUT POSITION GEAR HANDLE TO OFF LIGHT CAME ON AGAIN CONTINUED FLIGHT WITH GEAR HANDLE IN UP POSITION. FOUND RIGHT GEAR DOOR INDICATION CANNON PLUG HALF OFF. RESECURED SAME, PINNED ALL GEAR AND OPS CHECKED GEAR DOOR CHECKS NORMAL. REMOVED GEAR PINS, OK FOR SERVICE.
AIRCRAFT PRESSURIZATION FAILED IN ALL MODES AIR RETURN. FOUND CHAFED WIRE ON RT PACK FLOW CONTROL VALVE. REPAIRED WIRE, OPS CHECKED NORMAL.
ENG NR 2 DUCT OVERHEAT LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON CLIMBOUT PERFORMED CHECKLIST REDUCED POWER AND TURNED ENG NR 2 ANTI-ICE OFF WHEN NO LONGER NEEDED. REMOVED AND REPLACED THERMOSTATIC CONTROL VALVE PER MM 30-21-21, PERFORMED HIGH POWER ENGINE RUN, OPS CHECKED GOOD AND NO LEAKS NOTED.
RIGHT MAIN GEAR DOOR LIGHT CAME ON WHEN GEAR HANDLE MOVED TO OFF POSITION. INSPECTED AND ADJUSTED DOOR UPLOCK SWITCH PER 32-62, OK FOR SERVICE.
INFLIGHT RADAR FAILED WOULD NOT PAINT KNOWN WEATHER. AIR RETURN DFW. REMOVED AND REPLACED CONTROL PANEL CKS GOOD.
ON CLIMBOUT NR 1 STRUT OVERHEAT LIGHT ILLUMINATED. COMPLIED WITH COM PROCEDURE LIGHT EXTINGUISHED; REMAINED EXT. W/PACK & NR 1 BLEED OFF. FOUND DUCT LEAK AT CLAMP IN NR 1 ENG STUBWING. REPOSITIONED AND TIGHTEND CLAMP. OPS CHECKED NORMAL.

AIR RETURN: AFTER TAKEOFF RAISED LANDING GEAR. ALL LIGHTS EXTINGUISHED. WHEN HANDLE WAS PLACED IN OFF POSITION RIGHT GEAR DOOR LIGHT CAME ON. PLACED HANDLE UP THEN LIGHT WENT OUT. PLACED GEAR BACK OFF, LIGHT CAME ON. YOU COULD HEAR DOOR OPEN.
