RAN CHECK LIST IN ACCORDANCE WITH COM AND RETURNED TO STL, NORMAL LANDING. JACKED A/C, SWUNG GEAR SVERAL TIMES, INSP LANDING GEAR FOR EVIDENCE OF DAMAGE, FOUND LT MAIN DOOR ACTUATOR BRACKET RUBBING ON DOOR ROD. INSTALL SHIM PER MM 32-12-01, N/R 1 ALSO FOUND HISTORY OF LANDING GEAR ACCESSORY UNIT FOR LT GEAR DOOR LIGHT PROBLEMS. INSTALLED NEW UNIT PER MM 32-09-121. CYCLED LANDING GEAR SEVERAL TIMES PER MM 32-32-00, ALL LIGHTS WORK OK.
DURING FLIGHT THE NR2 (B) SYSTEM HYDRAULIC LOW PRESSURE LT ILLUMINATED FOLLOWED BY THE B SYSTEM NR 1 LOW PRESSURE LT ILLUMINATING AND LOSS OF B SYSTEM HYDRAULIC PRESSURE , THE B SYSTEM QUANTITY GUAGE INDICATED FULL THE ENTIRE FLIGHT. HYDAULIC BRAKE PRESSURE REMOVED AND REPLACED BOTH NR 1 AND NR 2 B- SYSTEM PUMPS CASE DRAIN AND PRESSURE FILTERS DURING LEAK CHECK FOUND NR 2 B PUMP PRESSURE LINE CRACKED REMOVED. REMOVED AND INSTALLED FLEX LINE IAW MM 29-12-11. LEAK CHECK OK.
PERFORMED W/S ESCAPE MANUEVER AT MAF (ARRIVAL) WITH FIREWALL POWER ON ALL 3 ENGINES. NO ENGINE LIMITATIONS WERE EXCEEDED. PERFORMED INSPECTION OFF ALL ENGINES INLET AND EXHAUST PER B727 MM 72-00-00. NO DAMAGE FOUND. A/C OK FOR SERVICE.
WHILE PERFORMING AD 2005-19-24, FOUND NR 1 ENG PYLON FIREWALL ATTACH ANGLE P/N 69-16977-1 CRACKED NEXT TO MOUNT FITTING. REMOVED AND INSTALLED ATTACH ANGLE P/N 69-16977-1 REF BOEING PRINT 65-72772.
CLIMBING THROUGH FL290, NOTICED CABIN ALTITUDE RAPIDLY CLIMBING, ALTITUDE HORN THEN CAME ON, COULDN'T CONTROL CABIN, PERFORMED COM PROCEDURE 2.21.5 & THEN PERFORMED COM PROCEDURE 2.21.3. MAINTENANCE IS CURRENTLY TROUBLESHOOTING SYSTEM.

ON TAKEOFF, UNABLE TO MOVE GEAR HANDLE FROM DOWN TO UP ON FIRST ATTEMPT. SECOND ATTEMPT NORMAL, REMOVED AND REPLACED LANDING GEAR CONTROL LEVER LOCK SOLENOID IAW MM 32-31-16. OPS CHECK WAS GOOD IAW MM 32-31-16.
UPON APPLING TAKEOFF POWER AT 20 KNOTS. RIGHT PACK TRIPPED OFF. ABORTED AND RETURNED TO GATE. LOW SPEED INSPECTED AND RESCHEDULED PER MEL 21-1-1 CAT C06019. INFORMED MXC PLACARDS INSTALLED. (ITEM RESOLVE UNDER MDDR: C06019) REPLACED FLOW CONTROL MOD AND S/O VALVE PER M/M 36-12-61. OPS GOOD. REMOVED FROM MEL.
