THE DENTED AREA OF SKIN AND BEAR STRAP WERE CUTOUT WITH A 7 X 1.5 INCH CUTOUT. THE CUTOUT WAS REPAIRED WITH AN EXTERNAL ALUMINUM REPAIR DOUBLER PER ER/A 087312-14.

THE DAMAGE CUTOUT WAS INSPECTED AND OVERSIZED AND THE EXISTING REPAIR FASTENER HOLES INSPECTED AND OVERSIZED. THE AREA WAS REPAIRED WITH AND EXPANDED ALUMINUM REPAIR DOUBLER PER ER/A 385299-14.

THE CUTOUTS WERE ENLARGED TO REMOVE THE CORROSION DAMAGE. THE CUTOUTS WERE THEN REPAIRED WITH EXTERNAL ALUMINUM REPAIR DOUBLERS PER ER/A 385303-14, REV A.

THE DAMAGED AREA WAS REPAIRED PER B757 SRM 57-43-02, FIG. 201. BECAUSE THE SLAT WEDGES ARE THE SUBJECT OF AD 91-22-51, ER/A 364600-14AD WAS ISSUED TO DOCUMENT THE REPAIR.
LT ENG OVERTEMPED ON START/TAILPIPE FIRE. FOUND FCU C/P D05006 ON LT ENG DAMAGED. REPLACED C/P LT EEC AND LT FCU ENG RUN NORMAL. FIRE DAMAGE TO A/C CAUSING DELAMINATION OF LT WING T/E PNL AND LT INBD T/E FLAP O/B FLAP TRACK FAIRING. A/C FERRIED TO ATL.

THE TRAILING EDGE WEDGE ON THE NR 9 SLAT WAS FOUND WITH A .5 INCH CRACK ON THE UPPER SKIN APPROX 3 FROM THE TRAILING EDGE AND 46 FROM THE OUTBOARD EDGE. AS THE LEADING EDGE SLAT TRAILING EDGE WEDGES ARE THE SUBJECT OF AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVES, THIS ER/A WILL GIVE INSTRUCTIONS TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE.
