DURING ROLLOUT INSPECTION, CREW RETURNED TO GATE DUE TO AIRCRAFT'S BRAKES BECAME EXCESSIVELY HOT PRODUCING VISIBLE SMOKE. FIRE TRUCKS WERE ROLLED OUT AND SPRAYED THE HOT BRAKES DOWN; AIRCRAFT WAS EVACUATED AND TOWED BACK TO THE GATE. CREW EVACUATED THROUGH THE MED ON THE TAXIWAY, MLG HOSED DOWN BY THE FIRE DEPARTMENT. THE AIRCRAFT WAS TOWED BACK TO THE FBO. A LOCAL COMPANY DID A VISUAL INSPECTION AND FOUND NO OBVIOUS DAMAGE BUT DID NOTE SLIGHT DISCOLORATION OF THE BRAKES.
AT 14,000' THE LEFT BLEED AIR FAIL LIGHT ILLUMINATED WHEN SINGLE AND MANUAL ACTIVATION WAS ATTEMPTED. A SINGLE HOLE WAS DISCOVERED IN 3FT SECTION OF EVA TUBING IN LEFT GEAR WHEEL WELL. REPLACEMENT OF TUBING CORRECTED THIS DISCREPANCY.
RIGHT BLEED AIR FAIL LIGHT ILLUMINATED. MAINTENANCE DISCOVERED SEVERAL HOLES RH INBD NAC EVA TUBING. R2 EVA TUBE, FOUND BAD CLAMPS AND SLEEVES (BLEED AIR LEAK) INSTALLED 3 NEW SLEEVES AND ALL NEW CLAMPS
FRAME CRACK AND MULTIPLE SKIN CRACKS IN THE LOWER FUSELAGE SKIN AT THE COMMUNICATION ANTENNA WERE DETECTED WHILE IN CHECK. EXTERNAL DOUBLER PART NUMBER 53-0048-401 HAS BEEN INSTALLED PER MAJOR REPAIR ENGINEERING ORDER 19-28-31 "REPAIR OF CRACKS AT FS180 LOWER LH COMM. ANTENNA".
LEFT PROP PITCH LIGHT ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT. LASTED APPROX 10 MIN. ISSUE WAS CLEARED FOLLOWING THE CLEANING AND ADJUSTMENT OF PROXIMITY SWITCH.
LEFT PROP PITCH LIGHT ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT. ISSUE WAS CLEARED BY ADJUSTING THE PROXIMITY SWITCH.
L PROP PITCH CAUTION LIGHT ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT (CRUISE, 200 KTS, 5000') CAUSED BY FAULTY PROX SWITCH. INSTALLED NEW PROX SWITCH. OPERATIONAL CHECK SATISFACTORY.
RIGHT ENG BLEED AIR LIGHT ILLUMINATES IN FLIGHT. FOUND INSULATION MISSING ON BLEED AIR LINE (RT INBD WING) PUTTING A HOLE IN EVA TUBING. CORRECTED BY WRAPPING BLEED AIR LINE WITH ISULATION AND METAL TAPE AND INSTALLING SPLICE IN EVA TUBING. RAN ENGINES, BLEED AIR CHECKS ARE GOOD.
INSIDE OF 100FT, NOTICED THE LT PROP PITCH LIGHT ILLUMINATED. AT 50 FEET THE THROTTLES WERE RETARDED TO IDLE & THE ACFT EXPERIENCED AN ABRUPT SLOW DOWN & PROP NOISE INCREASED. THE AIRSPEED INSTANTLY DROPPED OFF & THE FIRST OFFICER ATTEMPTED TO ARREST THE ENSUING SINK RATE.
RIGHT INBD LE FUEL BAG LEAKING BEYOND LIMITS 20 MIN AFTER LANDING. FOUND INBD RUBBER TRANSFER TUBE SPLIT & DELAMINATED. R & R FUEL CELL.
DURING CLIMBOUT AFTER 1000 MSL, PILOT WENT TO ENGAGE AUTOPILOT. HDG AND ALT SEL SELECTED FOR PHASE OF FLIGHT. AIRCRAFT MADE IMMEDIATE 30 DEGREE LEFT THEN 30 DEGREE RIGHT ROLL FOLLOWED BY AUTOPILOT DISCONNECT AND ILLUMINATION OF RED WARNING LIGHTS AND TONE OF A/P DISCONNECT. RESET A/P AND TRIM SWITCH AND AFTER SUCCESSFUL SELF TEST, RE-ATTEMPTED TO ENGAGE A/P ONLY TO HAVE SAME RESULTS. AIRCRAFT WAS STILL WITHIN 5 NM OF TAKEOFF POINT. RETURNED, WAS ABLE TO DUPLICATE IN HANGAR DURING TESTING. REPLACED AILERON SERVO AND FLIGHT COMPUTER WITHOUT FURTHER DUPLICATION.
RT MAIN LANDING GEAR INBD TRUNNION ATTACH ANGLE HAS A 3 INCH CRACK. SEVERAL AIRCRAFT IN OUR FLEET WITH THE 101-120122-13 THRU -16 ANGLES CRACKING. REPLACED ANGLE.
LOST NR 1 INVERTER AND ASSOCIATED AVIONICS. USED EMERGENCY CHECK LIST AND SWITCHED TO NR 2 INVERTER. REPLACED CURRENT LIMITER AND NR 1 INVERTER. (X)
