LEFT COCKPIT WINDOW ON CLIMBOUT LOUD SQUEEL WINDOW VERIFIED CLOS ED LOCKED CAPT REPORTS OUT OF 9000 THE NOISE STARTED AND AT 13000 IT WAS UNBOREABLE ON DECENT THE NOISE WENT AWAY AROUND 205 KNOTS DURING CLIMB OUT CAPTAINS NR 2 WINDOW BEGAN A LOW WHISTLE SOUND, CREW CLIMBED UP TO 13,000 FEET AND WHISTLE BECAME VERY LOUD. SOUND CAME FROM UPPER RIGHT SIDE OF WINDOW. NO DAMAGE IS NOTED TO WINDOW OR FRAME. PERFORMED CABIN PRESSURE LEAK TEST IN REF TO AMM 05-51-91-790-801. LEAKS FOUND IN UPPER AND LOWER FORWARD CORNER AND AFT LOWER CORNER OF CAPTAINS NR 2 OPENABLE WINDOW. L2 WINDOW REMOVED AND REPLACED REF AMM TASK 56-12-11-000/400-801. OPS CHECK GOOD, OK TO CONTINUE.

WINDOW CLSD BUT WOULD NOT SEAL FOUND WHITE RUBBER SWITCH CAP IN CAPTAIN SLIDING WINDOW TRACK AND GREASE AROUND FORWARD SEAL OF SLIDING WINDOW. REMOVED CAP AND CLEANED SLIDING WINDOW SEAL OF DEBRIS AND GREASE. PERFORMED CABIN PRESSURE LEAK CHECK REF AMM 05-51-91-790-801. PRESSURIZED TO 4 PSI. NO SQUEALS HEARD DURING PRESSURIZATION AND CAPTAIN SLIDING WINDOW AND WINDSHIELD NO LEAKS DETECTED. A/C PRESSURIZED NORMALLY AND HELD PRESSURE STEADY AT 4 PSI WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. OPERATED PACKS USING APU BLEED AND ENGINE BLEEDS DURING IDLE AND FLIGHT IDLE ENGINE OPERATION, NO FAULTS OF PACK SYSTEMS NOTED. FOUND TUBE LEAKING AT CLAMP WELDING FLANGE. REMOVED AND REPLACED TUBE BETWEEN SECONDARY HEAT EXCHANGER PER AMM 21-51-03-400-804-002. RAN PACK TO VERIFY LEAK CHK PER 21-51-03 LEAK CHK GOOD. NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME.
