DURING FLIGHT, THE FLIGHT ATTENDANTS REPORTED THE IFE SYSTEM INOPERATIVE AND AN ACRID SMELL AROUND THE SEAT 32E MONITOR. THE IFE CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS PULLED AND SMELL DISSIPATED. MAINTENANCE RESET THE IFE CIRCUIT BREAKER AND THE SYSTEM OPERATED NORMAL. THE MONITOR AT SEAT 32E WAS REPLACED PRECAUTIONARY. ALL AREA WIRING CHECKS WERE GOOD.
PASSENGER REPORTED AN ACRID ELECTRICAL ODOR COMING FROM AROUND SEAT 32E. IN-SEAT TV IS WARMER THAN NORMAL. CREW PULLED THE IFE CIRCUIT BREAKER AND THE SMELL DISSIPATED. FLIGHT CONTINUED AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE CHECKED BALLASTS AND ALL AREAS AROUND ROW 32 AND NO TROUBLE WAS FOUND. IFE SYSTEM IS CHECKING NORMAL AT THIS TIME SO THE SYSTEM WAS DEFERRED IFE PER NEF. MAINTENANCE RESET THE IFE CIRCUIT BREAKER AND REPLACED THE MONITOR AT SEAT 32E AS A PRECAUTION. ALL AREA WIRING CHECKS WERE GOOD.

FOUND FWD GIRT BAR SLIDE LOCK HAD DETACHED FROM THE GIRT BAR AND WAS NOT LOCKING INTO THE DOOR FRAME TO PROPERLY ATTACH THE SLIDE. REINSTALLED THE GIRT BAR SLIDE LOCK PER THE M/M. SLIDE LOCKS AND INDICATION WERE WORKING AS PER THE M/M.
THE LEFT HAND WING SLIDE WAS FOUND TO BE PARTIALLY UNPACKED WHEN THE SLIDE ACCESS DOOR WAS OPENED FOR R/R OF THE SLIDE. REPLACED SAME.
AFTER TAKE OFF FLIGHT ATTENDANTS REPORTED OIL ODOR IN CABIN. CREW ALSO DISCRIBED WHAT THEY SAID WAS A BURNED OIL ODOR. NO VISIBLE SMOKE NOTED THROUGH OUT AIRCRAFT. PERFORMED DUCT BURNOUT PROCEDURE USING APU AIR RUNNING EACH A/C PACK SEPERATELY AT FULL HOT. NO ODOR. ENGAGED UTILITY BUSSES POWERED ALL OVENS AND COFFEEMAKERS. INSPECTED LAVS AND GALLEYS ALSO ALL CABIN LIGHTING. NO ODOR NOTED.
