AIRCRAFT DEPARTED CHS, SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF THE RH ENGINE ROLLED BACK ON POWER. CREW CONTACTED ATC AND RETURNED TO CHS.
AIRCRAFT DEPARTED DPA FOR TCL DURING CRUISE THE LT WING FUEL TRANSFER PUMP PRESSURE LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND THE CREW ATTEMPTED TO BALANCE THE FUEL USING THE NORMAL AFM PROCEDURE FOR AN INOP FUEL TRANSFER PUMP BUT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL, UPON ARRIVAL AT TCL THEY WERE GIVEN VECTORS FOR A DELAY IN LANDING BUT DUE TO THE FUEL IMBALANCE THE ELECTED TO DECLARE A MIN FUEL EMERGENCY FOR PRIORITY HANDLING. AIRCRAFT LANDED AT ITS SCHEDULED DESTINATION WITHOUT INCIDENT.
PILOT REPORTED PRESSURIZATION DIFFICULT TO MAINTAIN. INVESTIGATED REPORT & DISCOVERED CORROSION & CRACK IN THE RT AFT LOWER SKIN UNDERNEATH THE AFT WING TO BODY FAIRING. ACFT REPAIRED IAW WITH ENGINEERING REPAIR SCHEME BY REMOVING DAMAGED AREA OF SKIN FROM FRAME 30 - 33 & BETWEEN STRINGER 21 RT & 22 RT. INSTALLED NEW SKIN & DOUBLER IAW ENGINEERING. NO FURTHER ACTION, CLOSED.
ACFT DEPARTED, AFTER TAKEOFF, CREW REPORTED SMOKE IN THE COCKPIT AND THAT THE NR2 COM CIRCUIT BREAKER HAD TRIPPED. ACFT RETURNED TO DEPARTURE. LANDING NORMAL. MX DISCOVERED THE NR2 AUDIO CONTROL PANEL DEFECTIVE. REPLACED DEFECTIVE AUDIO CONTROL. (CLOSED)
CLIMBING THROUGH FL170 CREW REPORTED A FUEL LIKE ODOR. MX INVESTIGATED REPORT AND FOUND NO ABNORMALITIES. ACFT WAS TEST FLOWN AND NO FUEL LIKE ODOR EXISTED. ACFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
AFTER DEPARTURE, CLIMBING THROUGH 3000 FT, REAR COMPARTMENT FIRE WARNING ILLUMINATED. THE FO PEERED THROUGH THE INSPECTION GLASS NOTICING NO VISUAL INDICATION OF FIRE. AS A PRECAUTION, THE CAPT DISCHARGED THE FIRE BOTTLES AND DECLARED AN EMERGENCY, RETURNING TO DEPARTURE WITHOUT INCIDENT. AIRCRAFT WAS SHUTDOWN AND CREW EXITED THE AIRCRAFT. FIRE DEPARTMENT OPENED REAR COMPARTMENT AND FOUND NO EVIDENCE OF FIRE. MAINTENANCE FOUND FIRE WARNING LIGHT TO BE ON INDICATING A SHORT IN THE SYSTEM. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE FIRE WARNING CONTROL BOX SHORTED INTERNALLY. REPLACED FIRE WARNING CONTROL BOX. SYSTEM OPERATION NORMAL.
CREW PERFORMED A STATIC TO. BOTH ENGINES INDICATED NORMAL. AT 1500 AGL CREW HEARD AN ABNORMAL NOISE FROM THE LT ENGINE ACCOMPANIED BY HIGH EGT INDICATION. CREW REDUCED POWER ANDNOTED THAT THE NOISE ENDED. AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND THE ACFT RETURNED TO DEPARTURE. AC MADE AN UNEVENTFUL SINGLE ENGINE LANDING. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE ENGINE COMPRESSOR SUFFERED FOD NO DAMAGE TO THE FAN. AIRCRAFT REQURIES ENGINE CHANGE DUE TO FOD. (K) MAINTENANCE FOUND THE ENGINE COMPRESSOR SUFFERED FOD NO DAMAGE TO THE FAN. AIRCRAFT REQUIRES ENGINE CHANGE. [CLOSED]
PILOT REPORTED RT BOOST PUMP FAILURE AND TROUBLE KEEPING FUEL BALANCED AIRCRAFT IN MAINTENANCE AT THIS TIME WILL UPDATE THIS SDR WHEN FURTHER INFORMATION IS AVA.MAINTENANCE REPLACED RT BOOST PUMP AND PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD AT THIS TIME AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.

NR 1 HSI AND 32 HSI NOT MOVING AFTER DEPARTURE, RETURN TO ADS. REMOVED AND REPLACED PILOTS DIRECTIONAL GYRO OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD ON GROUND TEST. RETURN AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE.
