CREW REPORTED UPON CALLING AN ARRIVAL FOR FLC70 THAT THEY RETURNED TO KBWI FOR MAINTENANCE DUE TO AIRCRAFT OVER-PRESSURIZATION AND A STRANGE ODOR AND POSSIBLE FUMES. ATC DECLARED AN EMERGENCY ON BEHALF OF THE CREW. AFTER DESCENDING TO 10,000FT AND DEPRESSURIZING, ODOR DISSIPATED. MAINTENANCE HAS BEEN NOTIFIED. DURING TROUBLESHOOTING NO DEFECT HAS BEEN FOUND. AFTER TALKING TO THE PILOT THEY WERE AT 20,000 FT WITH MAX DIFFERENTIAL OF 6.4. NO OVERPRESSURE SITUATION. SAID THEY HAD A RUBBER BURNING SMELL. FOUND AUX AC CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPED, RESET AND RAN AUX AC WITH NO ISSUE. MEL'D PRESSURIZATION AND RETURNED BACK TO HOME BASE OF KACY FOR CONTINUED TROUBLESHOOTING.
ON 09 DECEMBER 2025, WAS PERFORMING FLIGHT INSPECTION MANEUVERS WHEN THE CREW BECAME AWARE OF A STRONG ODOR OF ELECTRICAL SMOKE IN THE COCKPIT. AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED WITH BOSTON TRACON AND AN EMERGENCY LANDING WAS PERFORMED ON RUNWAY 27. AIRPORT RESCUE AND FIREFIGHTING VEHICLES WERE DISPATCHED AND THE CREW EVACUATED ON THE RUNWAY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS THEN TOWED TO SIGNATURE FLIGHT SUPPORT FBO. MAINTENANCE AND ON-CALL DUTY MANAGER HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED. RU3A

ARCING BEHIND RELIEF TUBE COMPARTMENT. AIR STAIR DOOR HAS NO POWER TO INSPECTION LIGHTS AND REAR LIGHT. FOUND RELIEF TUBE SPRING WRAPPED AROUND AIR STAIR LIGHT SWITCH. UNWRAPPED SPRING FROM AIR STAIR LIGHT SWITCH. INSTALLED RELIEF TUBE AND RESET AIR STAIR CIRCUIT BREAKER, NO FURTHER ISSUES DISCOVERED.
DURING FLIGHT, THE RIGHT FIRE BOTTLE DISCHARGED LIGHT ILLUMINATED. CORRODED KNIFE EDGE CONNECTORS WERE DISCOVERED AND REPLACED.
GREEN NLG & TAXI ANNUNCIATOR IS ON WITH GEAR DOWN. INDICATOR FLASHES IN PULSE, STEADY WITH NLG& TAXI LIGHTS ON. REPLACED NOSE LANDING GEAR UPLOCK INDICATOR SWITCH.
RUDDER BOOST CAUTION LIGHT ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT. R & R DIODE ON PLUG 3140P3 & 3140P4. READJUSTED ANTI-CHAFING WRAP ON IAPS WIRE HARNESS. OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD IAW MM CHP 27-22.
DURING DECENT THE RUDDER BOOST OFF SEGMENT LIGHT WITH ASSOCIATED CAUTION LIGHT FLICKERED SEVERAL TIMES & THEN REMAINED ON STEADY. THE EMER & ABNORMAL CHECK LISTS WERE CONSULTED & APPROPRIATE STEPS FOLLOWED. ACFT FLOWN TO INTENDED LANDING & RON LOCATION, APPROXIMATELY TWENTY 20 MILES FROM INCIDENT LOCATION WHERE ADEQUATE RUNWAY & MX FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE & LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.
RIGHT AFIS SLIDING SCREEN FROZE IN FLIGHT WITH A COMPLETE NCU LOCKUP. AFTER LANDING TO ATTEMPT A POWER DOWN RESTART OF AFIS, AN ELEC BURN SMELL NOTICED IN CABIN, AFTER MISSION POWER WAS REMOVED ELEC BURN SMELL DISAPPEARED, REPLACED NCU FAN.
WHILE ON APPROACH, AIRCRAFT YAWED 15-20 DEGREES RIGHT OF RUNWAY CENTERLINE. MAIN GEAR TOUCHED PAVEMENT AS GO-AROUND WAS EXECUTED. ON RE-APPROACH, A FULL STOP LANDING WAS ACCOMPLISHED WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENT. BACKGROUND INFO RELATIVE TO CURRENT INCIDENT. RIGHT PROP PITCH LIGHT CAME ON PRIOR TO TOUCHDOWN. AIRCRAFT YAWED TO RIGHT (PROP PITCH BELOW FLIGHT IDLE STOP). FOUND RT GROUND IDLE SOLENOID BRACKET NOT CLAMPING REVERSE WIRE ROPE HOUSING TIGHTLY. TIGHTENED BRACKET AND ADJUSTED ROLLER. GROUND RUN CHECKED SERVICEABLE.
BETA RING FEED BACK RODS ARE BINDING WHEN MOVING FWD AND AFT. DISCOVERED FEED BACK RODS BENT .030.
DESCENT CHECKLIST WAS COMPLETED. PILOT LOWERED GEAR HANDLE BELOW 184 KNOTS. SIC COMMENCED CHECKLIST AND NOTED THE GEAR POSITION INDICATOR LIGHTS WERE NOT ILLUMINATED NOR WERE THE 2 RED INDICATOR LIGHTS IN THE LANDING GEAR CONTROL HANDLE. PILOT COMMENCED A GO-AROUND AT 1500 FT MSL AND BEGAN TO CLIMB TO 2000 FT MSL. SUBSEQUENTLY THE GEAR LOWERED ON ITS OWN.
INBOUND TO DESTINATION, NOTICED A THIN STREAM OF CLEAR LIQUID COMING FROM THE TOP VENTS OF THE LT ENGINE. THE CREW DECIDED TO RETURN TO HOME STATION TO HAVE FLUID AND POSSIBLE LEAK REPAIRED. REPLACED DEFECTIVE FUEL FILTER O-RING ON LT ENGINE. (K)

ENGINE TURBINE NOZZLE HAS STRIPPED THREADS AT GP SUPPORT MATING SURFACE.
THE CREW REPORTED SMOKE SMELL IN FLIGHT. MOTOR REMOVED AND REPLACED. APPARENT CAUSE BLOWER MOTOR OVERHEATING. ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT WILL RESEARCH MOTOR COOLING, AND WILL ISSUE APPROPRIATE TIEO. (M)
