CLIMBING TO FL430 NOTICED THE STABILIZER TRIM CACKLE WAS SOUNDING RATHER EXCESSIVELY. IT SOUNDED 4 TIMES, THE 4TH TIME FOR MORE THAN 10 SECONDS. IMMEDIATELY DISENGAGED THE AUTOPILOT AND PRIMARY TRIM, STOPPED THE CLIMB, LEVELED OFF, AND ENGAGED THE SECONDARY TRIM. TRIM WAS NOT FUNCTIONING, SO AT THAT TIME IT WAS EVIDENT WE HAD A FLIGHT CONTROL ISSUE. FOLLOWED QRH PRIMARY STAB TRIM FAIL AND PROCEEDED WITH THE CHECKLIST. DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND PROCEEDED TO THE NEAREST SUITABLE AIRPORT TO LAND. CORRECTIVE ACTION: TROUBLESHOT SYSTEM, FOUND FAULTY ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT. COMPLIED WITH CESSNA SERVICE BULLETIN 750-55-10 REV 4. ALL OPERATIONAL CHECKS OK AT THIS TIME.
FLAP/SLAT FAIL CAUTION LEADING TO SMOKE COMING FROM FLAP SELECT HANDLE DURING TAXI UNTO RAMP. FURTHER TROUBLESHOOTING BY MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL DISCOVERED THE FLAP HANDLE LIGHT BEZEL WIRES WERE ARCING CAUSING THE SMOKE EMANATING FROM THE FLAP HANDLE.
FLAP/SLAT FAIL CAUTION LEADING TO SMOKE COMING FROM FLAP HANDLE. FURTHER TROUBLESHOOTING FOUND FLAP HANDLE LIGHT BEZEL WIRES ARCING AND CAUSING SMOKE TO EMANATE FROM FLAP HANDLE ASSEMBLY. LIGHT BEZEL WIRES WERE CAPPED AND STOWED AND LIGHT ASSEMBLY DEFERRED AS PER MINIMUM EQUIPMENT LIST. FLAP/SLAP OPERATIONAL CHECKS OK AS PER MAINTENANCE MANUAL.
PERFORMED AN EMERGENCY DESCENT DUE TO RED CABIN ALTITUDE CAS MESSAGE. WHILE DESCENTING FROM FL 470 TO 340, CYCLED ALL ANTI ICE SWITCHES TO THE ON POSITION. RECEIVED AMBER CABIN ALTITUDE CAS MESSAGE FOLLOWED BY RED CABIN ALTITUDE CAS MESSAGE. DONNED MASK, PERFORMED EMERGENCY DESCENT, AND TURNED OFF ALL ANTI ICE SWITCHES. CABIN ALTITUE REACHED A MAX OF 11,000 FT AND STABILIZED OUT SHORTLY AFTER LEVELING AT FL340. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. FOUND LT LP REGULATING VALVE FAULTY AND NOT REGULATING PROPERLY. REPLACED LT LP REGULATING VALVE. GROUND OPS CHECK GOOD.
CREW REPORTED SMOKE IN THE COCKPIT WHILE RUNNING THE ACFT ON THE GROUND. CREW DETERMINED THE SMOKE EMANATED FROM THE COCKPIT ACFT PACK. MX PERSONNEL VERIFIED THE ACM WAS SEIZED AND SUBSEQUENTLY REPLACED IT.
CREW REPORTED SMOKE ODOR IN CABIN WHILE RUNNING ACFT ON GROUND. CREW DETERMINED SMOKE ODOR EMINATED FROM THE COCKPIT A/C PACK. ACM WAS SEIZED AND REPLACED IT.
DURING DESCENT, PASSING FL380, A LOUD BANG WAS HEARD IN BACK AND IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWED BY A STRONG BURNING ODOR. MX INSPECTED THE ACFT AND FOUND THE COCKPIT ACM TO HAVE HEAT DAMAGE, THE ACM WAS REPLACED.
CREW REPORTED, WHILE ON THE GROUND WITH APU RUNNING THE NR 2 A/C PACK OVERTEMPED WHILE IN AUTO POSITION AND THE CABIN FILLED WITH SMOKE. MX FOUND THE NR 2 A/C PACK HAD FAILED AND REPLACED THE UNIT.
DURING FLIGHT, PASSENGERS REPORTED BURNING ODOR IN THE CABIN. NO SMOKE WAS NOTED IN THE ACFT AND ACFT LANDED SAFELY. MX DETERMINED THE ODOR TO BE COMING FROM THE MICROWAVE OVEN. THE MICROWAVE OVEN WAS REMOVED.
DURING DESCENT FOR LANDING, CABIN PRESSURE BEGAN TO DECREASE UNCONTROLLABLY. CREW PERFORMED AN EMERGENCY DESCENT AND REGAINED CONTROL OF THE SYS (CABIN ALTITUDE REACHED 11,000 FT BEFORE CONTROL WAS REGAINED). USING MANUAL CABIN PRESSURE MODE, THE CREW WAS ABLE TO CONTROL CABIN PRESSURIZATION WITHOUT FURTHER PROBLEMS. ACFT LANDED SAFELY. MX FOUND SEVERAL AIR LEAKS IN THE PRESSURIZATION SYS. LEAKS WERE CORRECTED.
