MAINTENANCE ALSO REMOVED AND REPLACED THE APU OIL TEMPERATURE CONTROL VALVE PER AMM 49-91-21-000-801. NO DEFECTS NOTED ON GROUND RUN. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. A FLIGHT VERIFICATION WAS COMPLETED.

MAINTENANCE DEFERRED THE NR 1 IDG PER MEL 24-1-2 AND RELEASED THE AIRCRAFT FOR SERVICE. FLIGHT 483 CONTINUED TO SNA WHERE MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 1 IDG IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALOHA MAINTENANCE TASK FORM M-727. THE IDG PASSED ALL MAINTENANCE CHECKS AND INSPECTIONS AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR SERVICE. THE IDG PASSED A FLIGHT VERIFICATION ON THE NEXT FLIGHT LEG.

MAINTENANCE FOUND AND RESET FAULT 29-29001. MAINTENANCE COMPLETED A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK IAW FIM TASK 29-20-00-810-809. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. AIRCRAFT WAS PLACED ON FLIGHT VERIFICATION AND THE CREW FOUND NORMAL SYSTEM OPERATION IN FLIGHT.

FOUND THE NR 2 AND NR 5 SLAT ACTUATORS INTERNALLY BYPASSING, REPLACED NR 2 AND NR 5 SLAT ACTUATORS IAW AMM 27-81-41-4. LEAK AND OPS CHECK GOOD. PERFORMED OVERWEIGHT LANDING PHASE I INSPECTION IAW AMM 05-51-35-2, NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT RETURNED SERVICE.

PHASE 1A REF 05-51-35-2, LANDING SINK RATE WAS LOW TO MODERATE, INSPECTION COMPLETE, NO DEFECTS NOTED. REPLACED EXTEND HYDRAULIC FUSE IAW AMM 27-81-61-4. GROUND OPS CHECK GOOD. REPLACED RETRACT HYDRAULIC FUSE IAW AMM 27-81-61-4. GROUND OPS CHECK GOOD. REPLACED NR 6 L/E SLAT ACTUATOR IAW AMM 27-81-41. OPS AND LEAK CHECK GOOD IAW AMM 27-81-00-700-802 AND 27-81-00-710-801. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.

REMOVED AND REPLACED APU IAW M-715 AND CONFORMED WITH TASK CARDS 49-152-00-01, 49-040-00-01, AND 49-030-00-01. VERIFIED OPS AND LEAK CHECK OK. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.

Part: PITOT TUBE — OBSTRUCTED (PITOT/STATIC SYS)
DURING TAKEOFF ROLL THE CAPTAINS AIRSPEED INDICATOR ACCELERATED SLOWER THAN THE FIRST OFFICERS AIRSPEED INDICATOR. AFTER LIFT-OFF, THE AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCED AN ENGINE WARNING LIGHT AND STICK SHAKER WARNING. RETURNED WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL FOUND A WASPS NEST (MUD DOBBER) IN THE CAPTAINS PITOT PROBE. THE PITOT PROBE WAS CLEANED. LEAK AND OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD. OVERWEIGHT LANDING INSPECTION WAS COMPLETED AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
