JUST OUTSIDE FAF ON ILS 27L TO KPHL, WE COMPLETED A BEFORE LANDING CHECK. OBSERVED THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR WAS NOT DOWN AND LOCKED, AND THAT THE GEAR HANDLE RED LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. NOSE GEAR AND LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR HAD GREEN CAPSULE LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. COMPLETED GO-AROUND AND COORDINATED WITH ATC. EMERGENCY PROCEDURE FOR LDG UNSAFE WAS ACCOMPLISHED. IT TOOK THREE STROKES OF THE ALTERNATE LANDING GEAR EXTENSION HANDLE TO MAKE THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR CAPSULE LIGHT ILLUMINATE GREEN (DOWN). MADE COORDINATION WITH ATC TO LAND AT KACY RWY 22 WITH FIRE RESCUE STANDING BY. AIRCRAFT SHUTDOWN UPON EXITING FROM RWY 22 AT D TAXIWAY. AIRCRAFT WAS TOWED TO THE HANGAR. REMOVED AND REPLACE RIGHT MLG ACTUATOR
UNKNOWN ELECTRICAL ODOR SPREAD FROM CABIN TO COCKPIT.
RT PROP PITCH LIGHT FAST FLICKERS AND COMES ON BEFORE LEFT. FLICKERS ON SHUTDOWN AS WELL. R/H ENGINE PROXIMITY SWITCH WAS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED. REPLACED SWITCH. NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED.
FLIGHT CREW UNABLE TO EXTEND THE GEAR. THE GEAR WAS MANUALLY PUMPED DOWN. THREE GREEN LANDING LIGHTS INDICATED AFTER MANUAL EXTENSION. WIRE P221C14 DISCOVERED DISCONNECTED FROM CIRCUIT BREAKER CB107. CONNECTED THE WIRE, SUCCESSFULLY OPS-CHECKED WITH 5 NO-FAULT CYCLES.
FLAPS DID NOT MOVE WHEN COMMANDED TO FLAP APPROACH.
FLAPS FAILED TO EXTEND FOR LANDING. FLAP POWER BRAKE RELAY FOUND TO BE SOURCE OF PROBLEM. FLAPS OPERATED NORMALLY AFTER RELAY REPLACEMENT. NO FURTHER ACTION IS REQUIRED.
CABIN DOOR WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED AT 5000 FT. AFTER EMERGENCY CHECKLIST ITEMS COMPLETED, EXTINGUISHED AT APPROXIMATELY 1000 FT ON FINAL APPROACH. FOUND FORWARD J-HOOK WAS FOUND TO BE TIGHT. J-HOOKS RE-RIGGED. OPERATIONAL CHECK OF DOOR WAS GOOD. NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED.

AFTER GO AROUND AT SAFE ALTITUDE, FLIGHT CREW ATTEMPTED TO DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM & WERE UNSUCCESSFUL. CLEANED OIL & DEBRIS FROM RT GND STOP SOLENOID. FOUND NO GND FINE ON LT ENG, ADJUSTED LT INPUT ROD END TO POWER LEVER, ADJUSTED TQ IDLE LOW. DEAD BAND LT, ADJUSTED RT IDLE & TQ ALL PARAMETERS FOUND GOOD.
LEFT & RT MLG LIMITS DID NOT ILLUMINATE WITH GEAR SELECTED DOWN. PRESS TO TEST GEAR MODULE, CONFIRMED LT & RT MLG LIGHTS INOPERATIVE.

DURING INSPECTION FOUND RUDDER SERVO BRIDAL TOP CABLE MISALIGNED COMING OFF RUDDER SERVO CAPSTAN PULLEY. THIS PROLONGED CONDITION WILL CAUSE THE PULLEY AND CABLE TO WEAR PREMATURELY. PRELIMINARY EO IS IN DRAFT PROVIDING INSTRUCTIONS FOR REMOVING EXISTING SERVO ADAPTER FROM RUDDER SERVO AND REPLACING WITH RUDDER SERVO ADAPTER SHIM TO IMPROVE ALIGNMENT OF SERVO SPOOL IN RELATION TO SERVO CONTROL CABLES. ROCKWELL
LEFT AILERON TRIM TAB PARTIALLY DETACHED ABOUT ONE HOUR INTO FLIGHT ACCOMPANIED BY INTERMITTENT AILERON MISTRIM (YELLOW) ANNUNCIATION.
LEFT BLEED AIR FAIL LIGHT ILLUMINATED 4-5 MINUTES AFTER TAKEOFF. THE IMMEDIATE ACTION STEP WAS TAKEN TO TURN THE LEFT BLEED AIR OFF. THE AFM EMERGENCY CHECKLIST WAS REFERENCED. INSTRUMENT AND VISUAL INDICATION OF THE LEFT ENGINE WERE NORMAL. SUBSEQUENT APPROACH AND LANDING WERE UNEVENTFUL. REPAIRED HOLE IN EVA TUBING IN LEFT WING BY SPLICING TUBE IAW THE MAINTENANCE MANUAL.
DURING CLIMB TO 14000FT, HYD LOW LIGHT ILLUMINATED. CREW MADE A TURNBACK TO BASE, AFTER INFORMING ATC. ABOUT 3 MINUTES AFTER THE TURN THE WARNING LT EXTINGUISHED. CREW BACKED UP SITUATION WITH THE ABNORMAL CHECKLIST. ON EXTENDED FINAL, USING THE BEFORE LANDING CHECKLIST, CREW NOTED A NOSE GEAR UNSAFE INDICATION. THE CHECKLIST WAS FOLLOWED, ENDING IN A LANDING WITH A THREE GREEN DOWN AND LOCKED INDICATION, WITHOUT FURTHER PROBLEMS. MAINTENANCE DISCOVERED LOOSE CAP ON RESERVOIR. REPLACED CAP, CHECKED FLUID LEVEL, PERFORMED GEAR CHECK, OPS CHECKED GOOD. RELEASED AIRCRAFT FOR SERVICE.
WHILE OUTBOUND IN A "FLIGHT INSPECTION HOLDING PATTERN" THE MISSION SPECIALIST REPORTED SOMETHING WAS ON FIRE IN THE REAR CABIN, BOTH PILOTS VISUALLY CONFIRMED SMOKE IN THE AFT CABIN AREA. DECLARED AN EMERGENCY WITH INTENTION TO LAND AT WILEY POST, CREW DONNED OXYGEN MASKS AND PREPARED FOR IMMEDIATE LANDING. UPON LANDING IMMEDIATELY CLEARED THE RUNWAY, SHUT DOWN AND EVACUATED THE AIRCRAFT. AFTER SHUTTING DOWN NO FURTHER INDICATIONS OF ANY SMOKE OR FUMES.
NO NOSE WHEEL GEAR GREEN LIGHT INDICATION WAS OBSERVED WHEN LANDING GEAR WAS EXTENDED. GEAR WAS CYCLED WITH SAME RESULTS, BUT 'RED' GEAR HANDLE LIGHT ILLUMINATED. A/C RETURNED TO BASE. UPON ARRIVAL, GEAR WAS EXTENDED WITH ALL PROPER INDICATIONS, THREE GREEN, NO RED. CRASH/FIRE/RESCUE EQUIPMENT ON STANDBY, A/C LANDED SAFELY. REPLACED NOSE GEAR ACTUATOR. (M)
OKC - LANDING GEAR FAILED TO EXTEND NORMALLY ON APPROACH TO LANDING AND EMERGENCY EXTENSION PROCEDURE SUCCESSFULLY EMPLOYED. (M)
STRONG ELECTRICAL SMELL, SMOKE IN REAR OF CABIN. CONTROL DISPLAY UNIT FAILED AND TECHNICAN PANEL FAILED. REQUESTED PRIORITY HANDLING. CLEARED TO LAND. SHORTED POWER SUPPLY IN THE NAVIGATIONAL COMPUTER UNIT WAS THE SOURCE OF SMELL AND SMOKE. NCU REPLACED AND SYSTEM CHECKED OK. (M)
