DURING A SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE VISIT WHILE PERFORMING A HORIZONTAL STABILIZER ROLLER INSPECTION OF THE HORIZONTAL STABILIZER IB RIB AND BRACKET ASSEMBLIES, THE LT IB RIB WAS FOUND CRACKED. DETAILED INSPECTION INSTRUCTIONS OF THIS AREA ARE OUTLINED IN COMMUNIQUE' NR 70. MAINTENANCE REPLACED BOTH RIBS WITH THE NEW IMPROVED ASSEMBLY. RIGHT SIDE REPLACED TO AVOID FUTURE CRACKS.

TRIP NR 1120054; CREW REPORTED THE RT MAIN TIRE WENT FLAT AND CAME APART ON LANDING. MX REMOVED THE AIRCRAFT FROM THE ACTIVE TAXIWAY AND IS ASSESSING ANY ADDITIONAL DAMAGE. SDR WILL BE UPDATED UPON COMPLETION OF THE CORRECTIVE ACTION.

TRIP NR: 1114218 CREW REPORTED FUEL LEAKING FROM BOTH WING TIPS NEAR THE TRIM TABS. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO DEPARTURE. MAINTENANCE FOUND LT AND RT OB SUMP DRAINS OPEN. MAINTENANCE CLOSED THE SUMP DRAINS AND NO FURTHER LEAKING WAS OBSERVED.
